I had a wonderful experience at Swissôtel The Bosphorus. Everything was exceptional — from the stunning view to the quality of service and attention to detail. A very special thank you to Emirhan and Sude for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They truly made the experience memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank all the staff for their warm welcome, efficiency, and genuine care. You can really feel the team spirit and high standards throughout the hotel. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back again.

I had an excellent stay at Swissôtel Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect and the view is amazing. The staff is professional, kind, and always helpful. A special thank you to Büshra, who is very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

We stayed at Swissotel for one month .Breakfast at Swissotel Istanbul is generally a pleasant experience, made truly special by the wonderful breakfast team. Büşra Hanım and İlayda Hanım are extremely attentive, professional, and always make us feel welcome. A special mention also goes to Zeynep Hanım, who prepares absolutely delicious omelets easily one of the highlights of our mornings. There are quite a lot of trainees in the breakfast area, which can sometimes cause minor difficulties during busy mornings. However, thanks to the care, attention, and efficiency of Büşra, İlayda, and Zeynep, these issues are quickly resolved and we always feel well looked after. Their genuine hospitality and positive attitude make a real difference and reflect very well on the hotel. Thank you for making our mornings enjoyable.
