Excellent location and very friendly staff. There was a misunderstanding with our reservation which was not resolved but apart from that our experience was quite nice. Kudos to the excellent staff that takes care of room service and especially Nocta. Also the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and polite and we e joined a nice music night with live music.

We stayed at the Novotel for a week and were very sad to leave. The rooms were clean and simple. Breakfast was wonderful, offering both savory and sweet options with a fantastic view. The Chef there, his name is Serkan and his team are really great and care about their guets and their needs. Special Thanks to Serkan Chef. The front desk staff were endlessly accommodating, kind and generous with their time. Great people and thanks to Hassan and Mehmet. Highly recommend!

We had a good time staying at the hotel. It's location is amazing, Excellent breakfast prepared with Chef Serkan with a superb view, comfortable rooms. The location is excellent and great the facilities. Staff are great. The hotel is located in perfect Neighbourhood where it’s close to restaurants and shopping malls.
