Try somewhere else!

I can understand workforce shortage and I’m ok with hiring people from all over the world. But having employees at front desk in a hotel, receptionists, all foreigners, none speaking Romanian, just one speaking not even basic English is not acceptable. So, we had to use signs to make ourselves understood by the hotel staff. The rooms are small, the furniture is cheap and can hardly fit in. For instance, the chair is a plastic one that does not fit under the desk and you don’t have space to cross. You literally have to go over the bed to reach the window. At least is clean.

The hotel has potential but needs more work!

I stayed in a room with 3 single beds alongside my parents. It was a spacious room ( L form) with 2 baths which was a bonus in all. What I didn't liked was that they were small (especially for my parents!) The minibar was missing from the room and it was a single trash can, located in one of the bathrooms. In my opinion, the hotel is still in a process of renovation and aquisition of electronics. Overall me and my parents think that the hotel has more pluses then minuses so we are surelly coming back at Ibis Styles Dunarea Galati.
