Posizione non centrale ma servita bene da metro e bus, la zona non è sicuramente delle migliori ma nonostante qualche faccia poco raccomandabile nessuno ha dato fastidio. L'hotel classico da catena, abbastanza curato e pulito ed il personale in linea di massima è cordiale e gentile, qualche risposta poco cortese nello scambio di email ma non si può fare di tutta l'erba un fascio. La camera è piccola ma gradevole, con armadio aperto a vista e molto minimalista nell'arredo, un po' di cattivo odore nella doccia ma nell'insieme accettabile. Di notte qualche rumore degli altri ospiti lo si sente ed il riscaldamento andrebbe migliorato, di solito devo abbassare la temperatura per il troppo caldo ma in questo caso non ce n'è stato proprio bisogno... Colazione continentale un pò risicata, la qualità dei prodotti chiaramente è da catena, ma la varietà di prodotti è molto limitata e di qualità discutibile. Essendo adiacente ad un centro commerciale, è molto comodo andare nei locali a fianco per pranzo/cena.

Stayed at Ibis as we had stayed previously in Scotland. Knew it was a reliable place. Nice size room, not the tiny cracker box like in Scotland. Room was cleaned everyday. We did hang up our towels to save washing/water. But maid replaced daily anyway?? Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Usual European fare. Replenished often, so there was always enough food at any given time. Was a bit disappointed that free coffee wasn’t offered in the lobby/breakfast area as it was in Scotland. But each hotel obviously does things differently. You could buy coffee and alcohol at the front desk. It was only an 8-10 minute walk to the Metro. There were a couple of decent restaurants around the hotel. Several actually right next door to the hotel, which was convenient after a long day sightseeing. All and all would recommend staying here.

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, IBIS STYLES PARIS ROMAINVILLE (F), over the weekend of 24 to 26 May 2024 and would like to share our positive experience. The stay was extremely pleasant. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We would like to make a special mention of Mrs Sukhman from reception, who was exceptionally attentive. She helped us find accommodation at another hotel in the same chain when our flight was cancelled and the hotel was full, making it impossible for us to stay any longer. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, giving us a great night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and would like to express our gratitude to all the staff who made our experience so enjoyable. If we return to Paris, we will come back to this hotel.

Terrible customer service at the reception from the Black lady

Terrible customer service from the Black lady at the reception, I had already booked my room which she told me was available on the spot ( 17 April 2024) when she debited my visa card, she then told me the room was only available at 13pm. I had flown from Montreal to Paris and arrived @9am at the hotel, I then asked if she can accommodate an early checking she reply NO. I then cancel my booking she automatically pulled her teeth, and mumbling in French with her colleague. I had stayed the hotel before and met a really nice gentlemen at the reception but yesterday service was so awful, she didn't even manage to try to see what she can do. I guest these days having a fidelity card or being a member doesn't mean much. Ibis Romainville you are done to me.

Great hotel, is located right next to a mini retail park with restaurants and a supermarket for buying essentials. Rooms are very well decorated, very clean and soundproof. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro and I felt very safe being there alone. Breakfast options are also decent, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
