L'hôtel est bien placé, à proximité de l'aéroport, et de la ligne de métro. Il bénéficie d'un parking souterrain (cher, 35€ les 24h !), et d'un bar-restaurant. Nous avons regretté qu'il y ait seulement 2 personnes pour gérer la réception et le service du bar et du restaurant... ce qui peut engendrer de l'attente. Les chambres sont plutôt confortables, sobres, avec un équipement minimal. Mon gros regret est que mes 2 demandes formulées lors de la réservation n'ont pas été respectées. J'avais en effet demandé une chambre loin des ascenseurs, et qui ne donne pas côté rue & métro, j'ai eu le droit à la chambre 513, qui donne sur la cabine d'ascenseur (avec la voix forte qui annonce l'étage !), et qui était... côté avenue & métro. Dommage.

Agréablement surprise par le calme (pas de pub, peu de voitures et de scooters, pas de klaxons, tous en vélo, pas d'altercations, ...), le civisme (tout le monde à droite pour monter des escaliers, pour marcher, les gens vous laissent la place pour descendre du métro, respect du code de la route pour les voitures, les vélos, les piétons, les déchets vont dans les poubelles, ...), l'art de vivre (hygge : profiter des moments simples de la vie comme mettre une bougie à la fenêtre), ... de Copenhague, je trouve que l'hôtel IBIS reflète tout cela : le personnel est souriant, courtois, efficace, accueillant, ... Les lieux sont propres avec poubelles de tri, les chambres sont nickel, pratiques, bien isolées, avec thermostat, banquettes, coffre, sèche-cheveux, bouilloire électrique, ... et il y a une station de métro à 100m qui vous emmène dans le centre-ville en 10mn
