Dear Yohan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel very good and enjoyed our convenient location. Regarding room cleaning, we have introduced an on-request stayover cleaning programme as part of our sustainability initiative. Guests can request cleaning for the following day, allowing us to reduce unnecessary water, energy, and linen consumption while still providing the service whenever it is wanted. However, if you requested your room to be cleaned the day before and the service was not carried out, we sincerely apologise. This should not have happened, and we will follow up with our Housekeeping team. We also understand your comments regarding fresh towels and waste removal during a four-night stay. Additional towels and assistance with waste are always available through our team, and we appreciate your feedback on how we can make this process more convenient for our guests.
