Agréablement surpris par l'hôtel, tout est bien organisé. La chambre ne parait pas trop petite grâce au plafond haut, assez silencieuse car non loin de l'ascenseur. Personnel agréable.

Très bon hôtel bien situé Bémol en 4 jours pas une seul fois le ménage n'a été fais dans la chambre il faut le demander et malgré notre demande la veille cela n'a pas été fais Pour les serviettes et les poubelles un minimum d'une fois en 4 jours est plus que nécessaire et dans devoir le demander

Un hôtel splendide, coloré et plein de charme ! Même s’il n’est pas situé en plein centre-ville, la station de métro est à proximité immédiate et permet de rejoindre le centre très rapidement. Le parking de l’hôtel était complet à notre arrivée. Pensez à vous renseigner à l’avance mais l’équipe de réception nous a immédiatement recommandé un parking tout proche et au même tarif : très appréciable ! La chambre était spacieuse, toute neuve, avec une disposition originale et très jolie. Le petit déjeuner était également super avec un buffet varié et en quantités suffisantes. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et tout particulièrement à Daniel, pour sa sympathie, sa joie de vivre et sa bonne humeur tout au long de notre séjour.

Pour 3 nuits à Copenhague, nous avons apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel juste à côté d'une station de métro, idéal pour accéder facilement au centre de la ville et autres quartiers. La chambre avait tout le confort (sauf un siège qui manquait) et le petit déjeuner complet et bon. Le personnel était serviable et attentif à nos demandes. Le nettoyage de la chambre était effectué à la demande et pas systématiquement. C'est une très bonne initiative pour éviter du gaspillage si ce n'est pas nécessaire.

On the day of your arrival, we were pleased to welcome you as early as 9:20 a.m. and made the only available room ready for you so you could settle in well before our official check-in time. Had additional rooms been available later in the day, we would of course have looked into the possibility of an upgrade in line with the ALL programme benefits. We also normally prepare a small welcome amenity for our Platinum members. As you had already checked into your room so early, we chose not to disturb you afterwards, but we are sorry that this resulted in you missing this recognition. 1er nuit trop chaud. Le matin j’en ai fait part à la réception et le soir venu rien n’avait été fait. Heureusement Miro est venu nous mettre correctement ac qui a resté plus tard que son service. C’est quelqu’un de très agréable. L’avions eu pour le check in.
