We're truly sorry to hear that you felt your Platinum status was not recognised during your stay. This is certainly not the impression we wish to leave with our loyal members. On the day of your arrival, we were pleased to welcome you as early as 9:20 a.m. and made the only available room ready for you so you could settle in well before our official check-in time. Had additional rooms been available later in the day, we would of course have looked into the possibility of an upgrade in line with the ALL programme benefits. We also normally prepare a small welcome amenity for our Platinum members. As you had already checked into your room so early, we chose not to disturb you afterwards, but we are sorry that this resulted in you missing this recognition.
