For my four-day trip to Seoul, I chose the Naru MGallery Hotel for the first two days. Location: Beautiful scenery along the Han River. Conveniently located near Mapo Station, easy to access by métro. Room: River view room. The room was a bit small, but very clean and well-equipped. Welcome Gift: Very generous (2026 times better than the Fairmont across the street). Dining: I only tried breakfast. Definitely worth the price. Sports Facilities: There's a small gym and a standard swimming pool. Surprised to see an outdoor infinity pool, but unfortunately, it was only good for taking pictures in winter. Service: Excellent. Every staff member I encountered did their best. For example, in the breakfast restaurant, I asked for vinegar, and the manager immediately gave it to me. The next day, he recognized me and asked if I needed vinegar, which surprised me greatly. (Later I realized that Chinese vinegar is different from Korean vinegar.) Most noteworthy was Mme. Summer, the staff member at check-in. She was very attentive and detailed in explaining everything about the hotel check-in process—although I still didn't quite understand it afterwards. She also enthusiastically reminisced about her travel experiences in Shanghai, China. The chat was brief but enjoyable. As the saying goes, first impressions matter, and I'm grateful to Mme. Summer for making my first day in Seoul so warm and welcoming. There are 7 billion people in this world, but there are always some you can't forget and look forward to seeing again. I checked on TripAdvisor, and this hotel is ranked number one in Seoul. Based on my experience, it's not fake, you can rest assured to stay. If I have the chance to go to Seoul again, I will still choose the Naru MGallery Ambassador Hotel.

My second time in the hotel and as always staff are great, My special thanks for amazing smile and service goes to angie, She's such a kind person and always made sure that everything was going well for me, Trully professional and helpful, And thanks for Layla,Pamela,Philip for great service, The hotel meets my expectations and everything was exceptional, The only thing I would suggest is creating a 24h dine in menu, Otherwise everything was great, I'll be coming back definitely.

It was our first time staying at Hotel Naru and I’m happy we made the decision to stay at this hotel. We had the Han river view from the room which was great. Rooms were comfortable with bathtub. Concierge April was helpful in handling my baggage and ensured I had all of them upon check in as I stored half of my baggages at the hotel 4 days prior to my stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay at hotel Naru and would come back again.
