Dear Sabina P, You are claiming that a housekeeper damaged your laptop while it was left closed on the desk in your room. However, no evidence was provided to support this claim. After a careful internal investigation—including a review of housekeeping schedules and discussions with the team—we found no indication of misconduct or mishandling. In the absence of any proof, we were unfortunately unable to assume responsibility. Additionally, we have received on our duty manager phone your comments and remarks that are disrespectful toward our staff, which we cannot accept. While we always welcome constructive feedback and are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns, we also have a responsibility to protect the integrity and dignity of our team members. We did offer a goodwill gesture on-site as a sign of empathy, even though we were not at fault, but it was not well received. Best Regards, Franck Loison General Manager

Dear Atul P, We would like to provide some context regarding the situation mentioned. One of the guests in your group caused extensive damage to his room by running hot water in the shower continuously, creating a high-humidity environment that affected the integrity of the space. As per hotel policy, a damage charge was applied. Unfortunately, the situation escalated, and due to aggressive behavior toward our staff, local authorities were involved. In Korea, calling the police in such cases is a standard safety protocol to ensure calm resolution and protect all parties involved. Regarding your breakfast experience, we understand your frustration. However, our team must follow set operating hours and policies to ensure fairness to all guests. While we strive to accommodate whenever possible, requests made outside service hours may not always be fulfilled. As for the lobby area, it is designed as a part of our lobby lounge, where seating is reserved for patrons. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly, but our team is trained to manage the space respectfully while upholding hotel standards. Best Regards, Franck Loison General Manager
