A very convenient and comfortable hotel located right in Hongdae, just a stone’s throw from a wide array of eateries and shopping malls. Our room was extremely cosy and came with a balcony. For a 4-star hotel under the Accor group, the amenities provided were more than satisfactory. There was nothing to complain about at all. My husband and I are not nitpickers, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. If there is one thing we would truly rave about, it would be the staff. On the day of our check-in, it happened to be one of the coldest days in Seoul. After travelling back from Gangneung, we were struggling to adapt to the sudden and drastic drop in temperature. The staff on duty that evening, Rosie Jung and Lynn Yeo, were exceptionally kind. After answering our enquiries, Rosie went to the back office and returned with two packets of hand warmers. She said that it was really cold outside and asked us to stay warm. That small but thoughtful gesture was enough to warm our hearts. Their kindness made our stay truly memorable.

I’m very disappointed to discover that several items I bought in Korea were missing from my luggage after our stay. We always double-check our room before leaving. I hope this can be taken seriously. I dont have any problems with the location, hotel services. Everything is great except we are missing stuffs.
