We booked this hotel via and paid immediately. Proof on bank statement 21/12/2022 .for 3 nights 24/12 to 27/12/2022.when we checked in we were asked,I questio ed why? And was told booking .co. only guarantee booking🤔 .so we paid again using rge same debit card.we retured to our room and on e rested I decided to check my bookibg and statement,only to find payment had been taken on 21/12.We approached the receptionist on duty and explained the situation who contacted her durty manager.I was informed a refund had been authorised to my card.As of to date I am still waiting for the said refund of £210.43.despite numerous attempts to contact the hitel and emails.I am not prepared to comment further on the hotel otber than to say we wont stay there again duecto this incompetence and stress it has caused me.

We were moved to The Harlow due to flight cancellations.terrible experience 🥲 Luke and girls - Lotie, Holy ( they both looked like twin sisters! ) , Mia, chef , bar staff and reception teams deserves applauding for outstanding care. A big thank you guys for making our stay, food , service and hospitality a fantastic experience. Something we will remember forever. We may all have a reunion next year😂 Best wishes and a merry Christmas and a happy New Year .

I arrived dishevelled at 11.30pm on the night of Sunday 11th December. For those of you living out of the area there had been a huge snowfall from 7pm to midnight and hundreds of cars were caught on the roads. The motorways were at a total snails pace. I had limped along the A414 for 3.5 hours. Drivers pushing cars etc. I could get no further. Every room at Harlow Hotel was taken, but the staff made many people welcome. Warm drinks, shelter and compassion. Big shout to Luke, Carla. And Trevor who dug me out of the carpark the following morning. Can't thank them enough. There will be many rescue stories from that night! A night to remember!!

I had to come off the M11 as the road was incredibly dangerous. I managed to get to this hotel and book a room around 9:30pm, I was the first of many people who turned up. Gemma in reception made me feel welcome and sorted my room out quickly so I could have some food. Micky, the chef for the night was about to leave but he went back to the kitchen so I could have a hot meal, he could have easily just gone home but went the extra mile for me. I was trying to get home to my family as it was my birthday on this day and I’d been away on business and flights had all been delayed. Luke who worked the bar (and seemed to help look after a lot more than that too) pulled me a nice cold pint and wished me a happy birthday, it was a nice touch. The staff are what made this hotel stay. Granted it’s not where I would maybe choose to stay as it’s a bit tired and basic but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels with service not as good as here. Thank you Harlow Hotel.

My daughter chose to have her wedding ceremony and reception at the Harlow Hotel. Our booking was made with Nikki who guided us through the various options and we worked out what we wanted for the bIg day. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. The rooms we had for the ceremony looked amazing on the day especially with the addition of the drapes which transformed the space. All through the day we were attended to by Nikkis team who could not have been any more helpful or kind to our guests and us. Everything when very smoothly for the whole day and nothing was too much trouble. The food for the wedding breakfast was lovely as was the evening buffet. Bar staff during the event were fantastic and very friendly. Everyone told us what a wonderful time they had and even my mother in law was impressed! I would totally recommend this hotel for any event you may be planning. Reasonable prices and great service. My special thanks and appreciation go to Nikki,Alice, Lucy, Lottie, Mia, Diana and Luke. Thank you all so very much for your hard work and making our daughter's wedding day so special.
