We went here for afternoon tea (Christmas pressy for my family) what a gorgeous hotel, very clean, the staff were extremely friendly- especially the Scottish gentleman.. apologies we didn’t get your name- we should have as you was so lovely and deserved a special mention. The food was fantastic! It was delicious and there was far too much (goody bag given) would highly recommend!

Arrived for a late check-in and the receptionist was so lovely, could not have done any more to be helpful and ensure we had the best possible stay.

Hi just coming back from the Mercure Nottingham Sherwood hotel, what a experience, the room was lovely comfy and spacious slept well, can't fault the staff imad at the reception was so welcoming and helpful always smiling 😄 thank you, the staff in the restaurant were so helpful and attentive couldn't do enough for you, especially sahan thank you for all your help and making us feel welcomed keep up the good work, thank you to nav,nupol . But the food was terrible so cold veg not cooked properly we had a 3 course Christmas dinner it was terrible ,was here last year fantastic food had lots of fun so disappointing this year all the restaurant manager said we are looking for a head chief, this should of been sorted out well before Christmas at such a busy time , spending alot of money for this stay and dinner very disappointing 😞
