I stayed at the Novotel with friends on December 27. The hotel’s decor is lovely—clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. Our room was impeccable: spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The bar is stylish and sleek, perfect for relaxing. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the town centre and is very well located. Car Park is also nearby (signs could be improved) I’d like to give a special shoutout to Kerry/Kerri at the hotel, who was an absolute joy to talk to and made our stay even more memorable with her engaging and friendly service. Management should know what a great asset she is to the team. I would definitely stay here again and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic hotel that I look forward to staying in every time I'm in Leicester. Great rooms, lovely bed and TV, very spacious , lovely bathroom, bar area etc is excellent. Thoroughly recommend for anyone visiting Leicester.

Just wanted to stop here and say that Megan on the bar was ace. Had a bit of a poor experience the night before but Megan turned it around and gave us great customer service. Hold on to Megan.

Fabulous 3 night stay at novotel Leicester. Perfectly positioned for town centre, just across road. All of the staff were wonderful. With tips about the local area , and excellent service throughout. Breakfast was our highlight, with a vast selection of fruits, cereals. Meats and full English, and even a pancake making machine. We loved it. Rooms well appointed, only complaint, was our window was a little small.

We had a really great stay at Novotel for daughter's birthday! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Aman, who was incredibly helpful throughout our visit — nothing was too much trouble, and he really made us feel at home. We also dined in the hotel restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. A big shoutout to Luke, the restaurant manager, who was very pleasant and attentive. Overall, a lovely stay with great service and hospitality. We’ll definitely return!
