Great welcome from evija and jelena and very helpful and polite, great atmosphere in the bar and the food is out this world, great hotel would really recommend you to stay, very nice and clean rooms and bathrooms, slept really well and good breakfast every morning

Very nice and friendly hotel .... The food is varied and tasty The rooms are clean and the shower is clean. Hygiene products and a hair dryer are available for purchase at the hotel. .The parking lot is large and spacious, a lot of space....Quiet hotel .... The others do not disturb.

Amazing staff. Highly recommend the food.

The hotel is nice enough and as you'd expect. Very clean and comfortable. But the staff here are absolutely amazing. For me the staff have made a dull and unwanted work trip into a pleasure and very enjoyable experience. These girls (and guys) need an award and a pay rise. Very pleasant and genuine, nice and helpful. And as for the food, I've been to many restaurants that don't compare. 1000% recommend this place and these guys continue to work here I will definitely be back the next time I need somewhere to stay in derby. Idk if they'll get to read this but thank you guys. You don't know what a difference you made to my week 5⭐️ for sure. You really bring this place to life... Thanks again 😊

the hotel is very welcoming, q the young beautiful lady at receptiom is always very helpfull even when i loose my key. the food is also lovelly, always hot when u get it. the bar is fairly priced and always a good pint. all staff ar very nice and helpfull

Had a lovely too nites stay in this hotel I work nites and is very quite clean, staff are very polite especially at 3am in a morning time I used to arrive back to hotel, Vinosh a member of staff was very helpful at the reception desk, I will be coming back with work purposes absolutely 👌
