We stayed for one night, as our flight was cancelled at East Midlands airport (TUI placed us here over night) The staff were absolutely amazing, couldn’t have ask for the staff to be any more attentive (Amy and Alan were amazing!) Rooms were lovely and clean. We arrive really late in the night, the hotel provided food and opened the bar for us. Food was amazing and drinks were reasonably priced. Again I can’t thank the staff enough for making it as easy as possible! We had 5 adults and 2 small children with us, the staff were amazing with the children and made sure we had everything we needed!

It was really nice to eat and have a few drinks in the restaurant bartenders AJ and Pratik both made us so much comfortable, they made us LiT and pina colada which were amazing, all the food they suggested was amazing specially fries and nachos

I am writing this review about the great bar staff, especially Mykhailo. He was amazing and a pleasure to be around. We have been many times but he is the best. He makes great cocktails while being so friendly and attentive. We will be back :) Thankyou

Having our flight cancelled due to a computer technical issue with TUI, we were placed into Mercure overnight. What a welcome we received…we were greeted by their off duty manager, who advised us that they had organised additional staff to stay on to cater food, serve drinks and arrange late check-ins for over 200 ppl. We can’t thank the kitchen staff, bar staff, reception, breakfast staff and housekeeping staff for being so accommodating, you’ve been amazing! Thank you so much & fingers crossed we get to our destination today 🥳

Ended up staying overnight here after Tui cancelled our EMA flight. Reception staff had the task of booking 100+ passengers into rooms when we arrived at midnight. They even put a buffet on for us all. They were really efficient and quick and our room was lovely and spacious. Had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely in a lovely airy light big dining space. The staff and Manager went above and beyond to make our unfortunate start to holiday a little easier. Would definitely stay here again (in different circumstances!)
