Stayed at the ibis hotel for work in Derby, the hotel is at a service station but is very clean, and comfortable, the best part is that the staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much. I’d fully recommend it.

Room was very clean and tidy thanks to Juliya And great idea to have a bunk bed above my double bed My son loved it Staff are very friendly and really helpful

Superb first stay at an Ibis and I was impressed . I arrived and met the fantastic Kylie,what a brilliant asset she is to you. Professional, informative ,friendly and helpful. You are lucky to have her!!! The room was super modern, I am married to an Architect and it makes you really look at spaces/interiors and I stay away a lot usually in another chain of hotels. It was refreshing to stay in a room where everything was thought of . Colour lighting & how lights turn on and off with the touch screen. The bed was comfortable the room was the right scale and the use of space was really clever.It was fun and made you feel good the minute you walked in I loved it!! The attention to detail was perfect. I was going to a wedding in Derby and it was a short drive away. Having worked in Belgium for a long time it has a really continental feel about it staying at this hotel . Even the landing area by the stairs was well thought out and thanks to Yueija and her team who keep the rooms spotless and sparkling!!! I would highly recommend this hotel it has a great atmosphere and they are really trying hard to keep the guests happy. When I returned I was made welcome and Kylie even had a look at the wedding photos and asked how it had gone. She goes above and beyond and I was very impressed. A lot of more expensive chains could learn a lot from this hotel chain. I will definitely be staying again. Keep up the magnificent work!!!!

Excellent stay at Ibis Budget Derby. Irina at reception was outstanding — warm, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The room was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and a brilliant shower. Great service, great facilities, and excellent value. Would happily stay again. Ian,James & Theo 🇮🇪
