Mercure Birmingham West is ideally located in the heart of West Bromwich, perfect for leisure and business stays. We are less than 5 miles from Birmingham City Centre and only a stone's throw from West Bromwich Albion Football Club. We're situated just off the M5, so you'll have no issues getting around if you want to explore further afield. At the end of a busy day exploring Birmingham, return to bright and spacious rooms to relax with a drink or bite to eat.

We have 17 versatile and recently renovated meeting rooms, ideal for meetings, conferences and events. All are equipped with new furniture and the latest ClickShare audio-visual technology. After hitting the gym, head to the sauna or steam room before taking a dip in our indoor pool.

The hotel is well located for both international and domestic travellers arriving into Birmingham Airport or those visiting the National Exhibition Centre (NEC). Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Worcester are also within reach from the hotel.

The reception staff Mairita , Gerry and Gabriella was very helpful and professional. The F & B supervisor kapsana was very friendly and helpful. The whole family had a great time at the hotel and we would recommend people to stay there. The rooms was clean and tidy.
