A lovely warm friendly atmosphere with a fantastic range of food and drink. The food was beautiful all served by our brilliant staff member Harman. Best place to stay on airport only yards from departures.

Hoteln was amazing as always very festive with Xmas decorations. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Food was excellent and the restaurant staff was really friendly and was very helpful. His name was Kal he was amazing. Another good stay at the Novotel at Birmingham Airport
