Perfect end to a long day!

After a long day we decided to go into the hotel to use the restaurant. Warmly greeted by Deena on the hotel reception before we went through to get a table, where Shan made us feel extremely welcome. We both had the noodles and will definitely be going back just for those! Cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! The staff could not do enough to make sure everything was ok with our meals - super friendly and helpful! Amo was lovely, as was Harry, who was also very friendly and helpful, bringing us more drinks so we could sit and enjoy our dinner. Well done team! Amazing food, atmosphere and customer service 😊

Disappointing overall

Bump in mattress, tired bathroom, well maintained & good size bedroom area. Shower doesnt maintain a constant temperature, varying between warm cold & too hot randomly during a shower. Empty shower gel container upon arrival Pool tables & darts available but cramped area meaning many locatiobs impeded the cues by walls. Pool area wasnt that large & water murky. Good evening meal. A great breakfast selwction including many types of milk.

Members of staff always very friendly and helpful especially Helen in the morning for breakfast. The accommodation is looking like it needs refreshing especially the hall carpets. Enjoyed our stay.

Everyone looks after this veteran really well. Special shout out to the staff at breakfast and on the front desk. A really great fun crowd to be around for an extended show weekend. See you all next year

A really nice hotel but needs to be on the room doors

I stayed her in September for Comic con at the international centre and overall the hotel experience was good. I had a privilege room and wold definitely stay in the room again. It was very spacious, with good amenities and the breakfast was exceptional. It is also a very good location to the international centre, shopping centre and the train station. The signage around the area was great. The reason why I haven't given 5 stars is due to the noise from other rooms, specifically the slamming of room doors through out the night. One particular door slam was so forceful the corridor wall shook and items on the bathroom fell on the floor!
