Overall in a very nice nice area and a very good size carpark. Super friendly & polite staff. Lobby & Restaurant open very nicely lit. Super clean, spacious rooms and lovely soft bed. Food awesome and brilliant portions.

Lovely hotel , meal in the evening tasty and sticky toffee pudding, yum. Fantastic choice at breakfast , Bed very comfy, wish we had a longer stay than one night. if all Mercure hotels up to this high standard will definetly stay at one again. Well done to the staff also, a credit to Mercure .

Great stay

We visited for a themed evening and had a fantastic stay. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy with everything you would need for your stay including iron, ironing board safe and a fan. Room temperature easily controlled with the air conditioning control pad and radiator thermostatic control. Big car park and great location.

Fawlty towers weekend

Last time u visited a Mercure hotel for a wedding years ago it was a Complete nightmare!! but was really surprised with this one, for a start the bed had not been slept in and it was clean and tidy and modern was really impressed with the hotel itself the staff were friendly and helpful , but what can I say about the Fawlty towers experience but WOW it was really great and better than I expected as not really seen Fawlty towers I would highly recommend the comedy dining club worth every penny thankyou

Great staff, especially in the restaurant. Jane and Helen were really efficient and pleasant. The gym staff were very cheerful and helpful. A nice clean hotel that prides itself on looking after the customers. Will be going again!
