Very good location near city centre. The staff were friendly upon check in and it was easy to access room. The room was good with clean bed and facilities. There was restaurant I think, but I did not use because no time. The room had drinks menu and room service which was good also.

Disappointing from a usually consistent chain

Generally Novotels are pretty consistent in quality and accomodations; not this one! While reception area was updated and engaging, room was dated and dingy. Carpeting was stained and kind of gross, and the bathroom needed some new grout in the shower. No conditioner or hand lotion provided either (standard in other Novotels I've stayed at in England)! Oh, no fitness center... a real bummer. Overall not a great experience for the price.

We are disappointed to learn that not everything went to plan during your stay, While we don't advertise that we have a fitness center, we can appreciate that is disappointing to not have one. We are in the process of a hotel refresh which will include an upgrade on the in room technology. Sadly as we move to being a plastic free hotel we have had to make some sensible adjustments, and the mini bottles so often enjoyed haven't been planet friendly. Instead we now offer the Larger bottles that are attached the walls of the sink and the shower unit. Its the same great products, just delivered a little more eco friendly. We do hope that this experience will not deter a future reservation with us And we hope to see again you for a future reservation soon Thank you

Great place to sleep. Shocking place to eat. Staff for the evening setting, unattentive, telling items not on the menu when ordering. I don’t expect lavish service, I don’t expect over attentive but a smile would be welcome. However, I ordered fish & chips and it was revolting. Taste less, the batter soggy. I can only assume frozen and microwaved. It would have been cheaper and tastier, fresher to go to a local chip shop. A horrible experience. The rooms were great, the welcome wonderful. Avoid the restaurant at all costs.

Avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec notre petite fille L’hôtel correspond aux standard novotel bien Mais impossible de dîner d’abord la serveuse dit cuisine fermée pour 20mn quand je viens 20mn après le serveur dit impossible nous n’avons qu’un cuisinier et une party de 40 personnes cependant 5 autres clients ont été servis dans ce laps de temps la dame de la réception a essayé de trouver une solution nous avons finalement commandé des pizzas à l’extérieur

Bien situado, a escasos cinco minutos a pie del centro y de la estación. Tranquilo, cómodo y con todos los servicios. Sólo encontré a faltar alguna persona del servicio que hablara español (o como mínimo que lo intentara...)
