Hotel good let down by mediocre food

Hotel good honest value . Rooms are spacious well laid out and clean.Reception staff are lovely. It does what you need from a decent stay comfy beds We've stayed several times before.We normally have no complaints, it's near a music venue we love. HOWEVER Food this time was dreadful starters and mains arrived at same time after a 40 minute wait ! Burger tasted very unpleasant unlike the last time when it was very good perhaps a supplier change? So much so my husband never ate it. Wings were horrendous no flavour at all small and presentation off , naff looking lettuce drowned in dressing. Ribs say with all trimmings but does not state what those trimmings are. Mac and cheese tasteless dry inedible We did complain offered a free drink! Could do much better Oh breakfast please can there be a dress code please no pyjamas l we had to witness this at breakfast get dressed please no one wants to see that!

Tired hotel in need of a refurb

The hotel is very tired. The decor in the rooms is like something from the late 1970’s. The shower was disgusting - stained shower tray and the shower heads were filthy with limescale and other indescribable things. This hotel is NOT worth over £100 per night at a weekend. However, the room size was good and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Wolverhampton

We stayed here for 2 nights as I was competing at a nearby competition. The hotel was in the perfect location. Check in was smooth and quick, our room (101) was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. They had even made the sofa bed up for us in advance so we didn’t have to wait for them to do this on arrival. The room had everything we needed, a fridge, rituals toiletries and a good heater. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of food. I would 100% recommend staying at the Novotel if you are in Wolverhampton.

Avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec notre petite fille L’hôtel correspond aux standard novotel bien Mais impossible de dîner d’abord la serveuse dit cuisine fermée pour 20mn quand je viens 20mn après le serveur dit impossible nous n’avons qu’un cuisinier et une party de 40 personnes cependant 5 autres clients ont été servis dans ce laps de temps la dame de la réception a essayé de trouver une solution nous avons finalement commandé des pizzas à l’extérieur

Bien situado, a escasos cinco minutos a pie del centro y de la estación. Tranquilo, cómodo y con todos los servicios. Sólo encontré a faltar alguna persona del servicio que hablara español (o como mínimo que lo intentara...)
