Didn’t sleep very well, service great, shower kept changing temperature when on, good amenities in the room, pillows are good and comfy but the bed itself was not very. Waited a long time for our dinner but it was nice when it came out, breakfast was really good.

I was on a work first aid course for 3 days with my work business, we was told to bring our own food to accommodate as this wasn’t provided. Monday 10th march we had access to coffees as they wasn’t provided in our room, second day we went to help our self to coffees and was told as we’re not in a conference we was unable to use these facilities, the third day we was told not eat up stairs and because we was not with a conference to go back to our room but surely our first aid course classes as a conference being show and tell active course and other companies in, staff were not friendly and almost as they wanted us to leave

Dear Tom T, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I was extremely disappointed to read your review, firstly because you were left disappointed by the experience but also because you appear to be disappointed by the provisions of the meeting which was requested by the company organising the course you attended which the hotel does not dictate. 2 servings of tea and coffee are provided throughout the day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Any other coffee throughout the day was not booked nor paid for as part of the course you company booked as well as the free use of our restaurant coffee machines. Neither are included in the event you attended, hence why our team would have intervened. The event you attended chose not to book lunch which therefore wasn’t provided. As I am sure you would appreciate, we prefer that you eat within the meeting room which is booked for the event and not consume food not purchased on the premises within our public areas in the same way a pub would not tolerate anyone bringing their own alcohol to drink. I am sadden that your conclusion was that the team was not friendly when in fact, they were simply trying to do their job and fulfil the requirement of the course which I fully appreciate you may not have been made aware of. All course requirement are provided to the hotel and we are simply fulfilling these requirements. Whilst I appreciate your feedback, your disappointment is the result of the course requirements and not the lack of willingness from the hotel to provide the service expected. The food was good and the stay and room was very nice the beds were very comfortable and cosy.it was close to where we needed to go and the service was excellent. The room was excellent including the shower and bathroom.due to time we didn’t get to see the pool but I’m sure it would be amazing

Staff throughout the hotel very pleasant. Room was of a very good standard and clean although surface space to unpack very limited and no drawers only a small hanging area. Spa facilities very good and clean. Breakfast was nice, eggs made to order. Pastry’s not topped up both days of our visit. The heavy lids on the hot food are clumsy and no room to place down. Parking charge of £7 per day was a huge surprise wasn’t happy to pay! The website should have parking (charged) on the facilities not hidden. Brought our dog with us and she was very well accommodated with a welcome letter, great bed, bowl and treats. Would recommend to those traveling with a dog as great space outdoors to exercise

Wat een fijn hotel. Maar 1 nachtje gebleven maar we hebben het fijn gehad. Vriendelijk personeel, thanks Mairita! De kamer was niet heel groot maar schoon, fijne bedden en hele fijne douche. Fitness en zwembad zijn erg goed. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid, ook vegan melk aanwezig. Diner: erg lekker. Voor vegans genoeg keuze en niet duur. Hond kost 15 pond, parkeren 7.5. In de buurt zijn snelladers voor ev. Enige minpuntje: geen minibar en fles water op de kamer.
