The heater blew so hard it was uncomfortable. Turning it off, made the room stuffy. The front desk staff was 5 star. The location was very good. The upstairs hallway seemed a little rundown, but the rooms themselves were nicely remodeled. Bathroom and amenities were very nice. Parking -very expensive.

Stay anywhere but here !!! Beware !!!

From the dirty rooms and common areas to the Horizon my rude waitress at the (1) Restuarant it was ALL a BAD experience. Hard to locate and park . No one works. They NEVER have any coffee anywhere on site in the rooms, lobby or even the restaurant ! If you ask for or need something you are a Bother to this Snowflake WOKE Staff . Save your time and money an go anywhere but 21C ! They Suck !’n

Corner room was very comfortable - great views, high ceilings! Enjoyed the blue penguins in the hall and the rubber duck in the bathroom for some whimsy! I appreciate that the room temperature was easily adjusted. Would have preferred a non- rum scented body wash but this is very minor issue! Staff weee friendly!

Had a wonderful stay at the 21c in Lexington. Beautiful, well-appointed luxurious corner king room with amazing view of the city. The front desk staff was very friendly and upgraded us for our anniversary. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was heavenly, and we loved the tall ceilings and general ambience of the historic building. Breakfast at Lockbox was DIVINE! Highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointing

Check in was a huge pain. Front desk staff didn’t really care when we shared concerns with the basketball-sized wet spot in the carpet. Good times. Mediocre at best. Sad to see 21C lose a step. Disappointing. We won’t be going back. It’s a shame because we used to seek out 21C hotels.

dbh137, Sincerest apologies for our lack of empathy to you during your stay with us, I can assure it was unintentional. Moreover, I will follow up with our teams to see what went amiss. With the torrent amount of rain we have seen recently from Helen, I would not be surprised if that is were this water spot came from. I will ensure that this is passed on to our maintenance department for further inspection.
