It was just okay , shower was cold water , barely warm . The selection in the gift shop for drinks /snacks was very limited , no ice on our floor , when we got some from desk it was given to us in a plastic bag .

Came to town for a production at the Opera House. This was the perfect place to stay for that.

When I arrived I was notified I had received a complimentary room upgrade, which was fabulous. The room was gorgeous with some stunning views of downtown. I left the room to retrieve something, and when I returned the card scanner wouldn't work and needed reprogrammed/a new battery, which only one man could do, and so they called him in around 11 pm. This problem wasn't really avoidable or anyone's fault, but I did get locked out of my room for an hour with no access to my belongings, which honestly gave me some time to browse the galleries, which had some thought-provoking pieces, my favorite being the Willow branches with the refugee silhouettes. In the morning before check out I was told they comped my valet charge for the inconvenience, which was nice. The in room breakfast- particularly the banana nut toast- was honestly the highlight for me, a big back. 9/10, would definitely stay again.

I have never stayed at a 21c Museum Hotel and trust me, I will be back! Very spacious hotel room, heated bathroom floors, and very clean. Hotel towels and robes where also very thick and soft, unlike most hotels with worn down, thin, and scratchy towels/robes.
