Dear Victor S., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the 21c Museum Hotel Lexington. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; We do provide Nespresso Machines in your room should you need coffee prior to the restaurant opening at 7am. As well I believe that there are some coffee shops in the area that do open at 6am. Hope that this helps.
