Could not sleep due to constant knocking and slamming of door next to us as well as loud TV noise and voices from next door patrons. Unable to sleep. There was also an issue with receiving our car from valet in the morning, causing us to run late for our flight.

The hotel is located conveniently in the city, with nearby access to restaurants and shops. I wish the check in area was more welcoming, it felt a bit cold and lacking. The room was clean and a nice setting, but it felt very dark (not much lighting). Overall a good stay, friendly staff, and great service.

Felt like we paid a premium and got value service - were woken up everyday by housekeeping at 9am (on a Sunday is not cool) and the room was slightly dirty and the hallway smelled weird and there were always lines at the front desk. But good location and decent rate for the weekend

Valet parking was easy and with efficient attendants. Check in process was straightforward but felt pretty lukewarm at reception. The room, for the price (king suite) was below expectations with worn-appearing furniture and rugs. Space was good. Bedding was average. Bathroom and products were very nice. Attempted to cancel breakfast (chose that rate but had not yet paid) but was told that was not possible. Odd, because I hadn't paid. Probably would not stay again.
