The room smelled strongly of urine. I reported this issue, and no alternative accommodations were offered. I stayed at the hotel only after receiving a clear assurance that my van would not be moved from the valet lane overnight, as it is too tall to fit in a parking garage. When I woke up the next morning, my van was missing. I asked the valet, who told me it had been parked in the garage and pointed to a second-floor corner where I could see it. I immediately expressed concern, as I had been explicit that the van was too tall for garage clearance. As a result of being parked in the garage despite these instructions, my van sustained damage. The roof rack struck the ceiling, bending the roof and creating damage that will likely lead to leaking. I reported this damage promptly. Since then, my interactions with your staff have been met with rudeness and dismissiveness, rather than a professional response to a serious issue caused by valet error. For context, we had originally planned to stay at Unscripted, but chose not to specifically because they were upfront that their garage could not accommodate our van. I relied on your hotel’s assurance that this would not be an issue here.

BREAKFAST: I purchased a rate with breakfast included, to find that all they gave me was a vouched for 18$. I was hoping the breakfast was self-service, I just wanted some scrambled eggs crispy bacon and one pancake, I had to order one plate with only eggs and bacon, and also sausage and potato which I didn't care about, but was lacking pancakes. 17$. And the pancakes were a separate dish, other 18$, when I just wanted one pancake. So I ended up paying 35$ to get those few things I wanted, and had so much more stuff I didn't want. So it was a waste of money, and a waste of food. And I had to wait ages, unacceptable time wasted for breakfast and I run late to my meetings. ROOM TEMP: Despite I set the temperature higher, I couldn't increase the room temperature and I was feeling cold all the time.

The hotel lobby is very cool and features beautiful artwork, along with many other areas in the hotel. Checking in was easy but once I got to my room I was immediately hit with the smell of sewer, and it was VERY unpleasant. The first night in my room was fine but when I woke up my room was extremely cold, and I had to wear my puffer coat to just get dressed for the day. The front desk did provide a small space heater which helped a lot. My job was hosting our annual winter meeting in the ballroom area of the hotel and during the entire conference we were freezing cold.
