Booked a room for a Saturday-to-Sunday getaway. Staff was great, location was great. Booked a "Luxury Double Queen" which wasn't exactly luxurious. Kind of expected to be able to at least walk around the beds, and that the bathroom wouldn't be showing so much wear and tear (nasty old caulk, chipped and cracked mirror, etc.). Would have been an acceptable room at half the price.

Came from out of town. Route blocked 150 feet from hotel. No signage for Hotel desk check-in on 2 at entry. Had to ask. Desk clerk overwhelmed with issues. Room was ok--for wheel chair access- we were not informed. No coffee for room machine, TV remote needed new batteries, No coffee downstairs until after 8 am. Shower flood stop damaged on both ends. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, Staff responsive. QR code cut-off did not work. Wife displeased. Dissapointed after stays in 21c in Lexington KY. overpriced for what we got.

Stayed 2 nights while attending a wedding in the area. Very nice hotel, but disappointing in several regards. We had a king size bed but it was made up with only two small bed pillows (smaller than any small bed pillow you would have at home). Had to call and have someone bring up an additional pillow. There are no ice machines in the entire hotel. Had to call and have someone bring us ice. We expected our room to be cleaned, but no housekeepers ever showed up -- to make bed, pick up towels, clean up, etc. -- nothing at all. Several other family members who also had rooms in 21C had the same experience -- no housekeeping! If this hotel does not provide housekeeping they should inform the guests of this -- we were not informed of this. Room was equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, along with 2 regular coffee pods and 2 decaffeinated pods. These did not last long since the machine produces a 2 to 4 ounce cup of coffee. We searched for a housekeeper to try to get additional coffee pods, we eventually found one but were told that the Nespresso machines had only been installed in the last few weeks, and that they were all out of regular coffee pods.
