Elevators were dirty upon arrival, large palmetto bug was the dinner view in the restaurant and the elevators failed three times

Pretty Good Stay

The hotel was pretty cool - we enjoyed checking out the art gallery and the people that worked there were all really friendly and pretty helpful. Our main complaint was our AC didn't work properly and it took us 3-4 conversations with staff to ultimately get moved to a new room after a night without proper cooling. Location was good, the restaurant/bar were good as well, and we enjoyed the sauna/steam room as well.

I needed a night to myself. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and seeing the whole museum. The room was nice with a great view. I slept well. Awesome shower, big with huge rain showers. Brunch was delicious also. Every single staff member was attentive and enthusiastic.

It was fine. The rooms weren't ready when we tried to check in at 615pm. They comped us drinks at 10$ each, but most of the drinks at the bar were more than that. The room was very hot...even tho we turned the a/c down....I was glad I brought a fan...otherwise it would have been untenable. The room was nice size and set up. The beds were OK. Overall the stay was meh. I would nit choose to stay here again.

It was wonderful! Check in was quick, and your whole layout was lovely. I loved the rooms and the aesthetic. Went down for a night cap and someone told us to keep the glasses - had fun showing them around when I got back up north! Everyone was a pleasure. I love it.
