This chain of hotels is just terrific! And to have an amazing art museum as part of all their hotels takes it over the top. The art is extensive, eclectic, and what’s not to love about those penguins! The hotel also owns the restaurant that’s in the hotel—the Hive in this one. The food in all these is just wonderful, and always emphasizes food from the city. We had a Luxury King room which was spacious and beautiful. LOVE the fact all lights are on dimmers except in bathroom. It’s in a terrific location, just off the main square and shopping areas. Convenient, free parking garage next to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Design and art galleries are a treat. People are great. Pillows and mattress are not great. Pillows are dense and hard. Mattress is bouncy and hard. Really should just use Casper Hybrid mattresses. Love the aluminum water bottles.

Sadly this hotel is not the same wonderful place we stayed in eight years ago. The facility is showing its age (especially the carpets), and the restaurant is mediocre at best. (Last time we had one of the best meals we ever had.) On the upside, the art is still interesting, and the staff is excellent. We’ve talked about returning for years. Now we have and won’t likely be back.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel. La chambre était moderne mais pas dépourvue de caractère. Les jolis oreillers avec des photos de animal m'attendaient dans ma chambre. Un beau mobilier moderne de la chambre. Tout semble être une partie de l'exposition d'art dans cet hôtel, y compris le papier peint à mon étage. Un superbe art affichage sur le rez-de-chaussée. J'adore le concept d'un hôtel travaillant comme une galerie d'art ainsi. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Vous pouvez aller à pied (avec une valise !) de l'hôtel du Crystal Bridge Musée en quelques minutes. Quartier très sûr. Il y a un anneau de glace juste à côté. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a des smoothies sur son menu de petit-déjeuner.
