We were traveling with our 8 month old baby. It was so nice to be able to put her in the stroller and be able to walk to cool places near the hotel without having to drive.

Great food, art and accommodations

Really enjoyed the majority of my stay. The location in the quaint town of Bentonville can’t be beat. The restaurant and bar were fantastic with unique food and drinks. The isolated issue I encountered was the domestic abuse I heard from another room. A woman was being thrown against wall and screaming. I quietly contacted front desk to describe the situation and asked about action I should take. They said that they would investigate and take care. It took a while for someone to come up and bang on their door and tell them to “keep it down”. It was late and maybe they did more and/or reported but it wasn’t evident to me. I explained the situation to the person at desk the next morning and they didn’t seem to be that interested or curious about the situation. I am scratching the surface of the things I heard and reported.

When I made the reservation over the phone the person I spoke with asked me if I would like a higher floor and I said yes. When we checked in, we were put on the 2nd floor. The person making the reservation shouldn’t ask me that question if they can’t provide it upon check-in! Also the bath tub in our room (#225) had a leak that dripped all night. Maintenance came up to fix it but when the shower was used the next day it started all over again.
