Have stayed here occasionally since it opened. Love this concept/place.with services reduced because of covid, the staff was ill-equipped to offer suggestions on where to get breakfast, dinner, etc. the restaurant “lost” my dinner reservation, which was disappointing. I’ll return for the art, but will double check on all available amenities.

I made a reservation for a luxury king room, I got there and the front desk lady told me “sorry for just now telling you but our inventory was wrong so we have to downgrade you to two double beds.” She gave me a $50 gift card for the restaurant that was in the hotel but it was 9:55 pm when I checked in and it closed at 10 so I didn’t get to use it. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as bricks. The only good thing was the bathroom UV light and the tv/AC worked very well.

I enjoyed my 2-night stay, but didn't feel it was quite worth what I paid. The room was nice & clean & I liked the bar -- and the art of course -- but it still didn't feel like a $200/night hotel to me. Some or most of this was maybe due to COVID. I wish the front desk would have told me that the room wouldn't be serviced after my 1st night. And I really expected & needed a nice morning coffee in the hotel, which wasn't available. Still, a good hotel & stay.

Was ok. Down for Tour de Lou and spent the night before meeting a client. Needed to work and didn't find the hotel remotely conducive. Desk listed on website but non-existent. Asked if I could sit in the restaurant the next morning to prepare for my meeting. Was told it was locked. Art was fine. But I prefer the opportunity to be productive.

This hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but two of the most important factors were lacking- comfort and service. The staff was not accommodating at all, especially in the restaurant. Front desk was rude on multiple occasions and less than helpful. The bed is not comfortable- like sleeping on a rock. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Property is very clean. Rooms are spacious. Foe the price point, I would expect a more courteous staff and comfortable bedding.

Great, except for the booking of the room. I was quoted a price including the 2 dogs fee and including all taxes out the door at a certain price. It turns out that was not the case.
