When we first checked in on Jan 1st the service was great. The valet was awesome and friendly. The front desk was very kind and helpful. We loved that the hotel is dog friendly and the that we got a room upgrade thru Chase. After that, the service was pretty bad… The front desk recently got a new system and had credit card processing issues but acted like my card was denied so I had to call Chase and go to the front desk multiple times to fix the issue. This was after midnight so it was very frustrating. We tried to order breakfast room service 6 mins after the breakfast cutoff and were told no. This was our fault, we should have not been late but the tone was rude. When checking out, the valet was no where to be found and we had to wait forever for our car. He was in the back sitting on his phone clueless. I was also told I would get a late checkout (chase credit card perk). When double confirming on the last day I was told no (rudely). Overall the hotel has great potential but if they want to provide a premium or luxury experience some of the staff need better training.

Our kids thought it was really cool to stay in an art museum. Our room was beautiful and really clean. The rubber duck and cool lighting in the bathroom were nice touch.

Overall experience was fine. Not pleased about being awaken for well over 30 mins on New Years morning due to a wedding party. Kept my wife and I awake for a while. The sleep wasn’t great. Hard to sleep after hearing lots of people screaming for a while. Bed was comfortable. But sure not the same size King bed we own. And it’s not a California king. Honest review, 6 1/2-7 out of 10 due to the inconveniences due to the wedding. Staff was a 10 out of 10.

Well I've stayed many times and this is my favorite hotel by far! Its not just a place to stay its always a getaway. The lounge and restaurant are excellent as well.
