The hotel itself is unique with the art throughout. The staff were pleasant and engaging each time I passed through the lobby. Additionally, our group found ourselves in Proof on Main each evening (before and after dinner) and the staff in there was attentive, friendly, and always stayed busy. They were able to recommend other dinner options in the area when Proof was full! The front desk was expedient in changes that I needed to make for our group prior to arrival and they were expedient in sending me updated folios after departure. Lastly, a quick shoutout to the Room Service team. I ordered in room dining two of the mornings and it arrived within 15-18 minutes, at a great temperature and tasted great. Very much appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and our group enjoyed our time.

We were there for a basketball tournament for my daughter. We were at another hotel that we booked through the tournament that was absolutely terrible. We booked a room at the 21c and were allowed to check in early. Then we arrived everyone was so nice from the valet guy, front desk staff, and everyone we encountered after. We enjoyed that the hotel was also a museum. What an incredible concept. The restaurant was delicious. We loved it there and can’t wait to stay again for next years tournament!

Our shower had a very slow drain and the water would be about 1" deep when taking a shower. I asked the person at the front desk to have it fixed on Wednesday and asked again on a Friday and it was still not fixed on Sunday when we left. For the price of the hotel room, I would expect better service.

I realize that the hotel can't control the intial noise from guest but I was disapointed in the response. We commissioned at midnight about unsuprrvised children somewhere around 9/10 jumping on and off the bed. We were advised that security. With no security ever showing, they stated running into the walls at about 1:30AM. We called the front desk again and received an attitude and Naismith said well they're is a tournament in tour. I advised him that we were present for a tournament as well and had a game at 8:30AM. I ended up knocking on the door and off course the kids were unsupervised. It should never be the responsibility of guest to attend to noise complaints.
