The hotel was nice. Had everything we needed and was conveniently located in Louisville. If you are an “open minded” “art” enthusiast you might like it. Being a loyal patriot, I didn’t appreciate the wall-sized photo of an upside-down American Flag. This is not how a flag should be displayed. This is not art. It is disrespectful and disgusting, especially seeing it on Veterans Day. Calling this art only because it’s controversial and offensive is lazy. Shame on this hotel for allowing this to be displayed and shame on this artists imitator for passing this off as art.

I was in town for work, having stayed at multiple 21c properties over the years, and was at 21c because my Airbnb was 0.4 miles from the explosion this week. Checkin: The "welcome" was lackluster, and the person checking me in did not even tell me my room number, info about wifi, etc. I don't drink alcohol, so the gift of a bourbon drink didnt enhance anything, and the fact that I couldnt get a shrub instead was sad since people who dont drink like a welcome beverage too. Facilities: Sauna and steam room doors were open and they were not turned on, so they were not usable when I wanted to use them after the long day. These facilities were actually why I came to 21c because it had been a LONG day I accidentally left a jacket in the room, and called same day to inquire, and physically came back to try and get it, but it was not there and no turned it in. Overall, this is the first experience I've had at a 21c that lacked the care and customer-focused detail I have come to expect and value at 21c. email: jo…

No overhead lighting and limited lamps for the wide space. Items that were designed by a man: - Lack of sound insulation. I could hear every. single. word. from my neighbor. At all hours. - The shower knob is on the wrong side of the shower. You have to step into the shower to turn the shower on unless you have unnaturally long arms. No way you aren't getting a cold plunge prior to showering. - Lack of outlets. It is 2024. And I have to pull out the nightstand to reach the outlet that is behind it to plug something in........ You can buy better power cords/ lamps on amazon..... or Aldis even. Overall, nice staff, good location, very clean

I normally enjoy staying at 21c and it's my preferred hotel in Louisville. Staff was rude and unaccommodating when it came to checking out early one hour after the hotel's check out policy given travel arrangements were canceled. Staff could not seem to help or really care to understand the situation.

Service at hotel was not what you would expect. The bellhop was the nicest thing at this hotel along with the food at the restaurant. As far as the hotel staff , they are not very helpful , not professional. Rooms are way overpriced with nothing to offer that an motel 6 has already. I would definitely not be spending my money at this hotel or this company again. Very unhappy with our stay
