First time at the hotel, definitely not the last! Abigail and Malloy set the tone when we first arrived, the room was great, the art was fantastic. The staff was so kind. We ate at the bar with Juan and he was just lovely. Honestly, I have no plans to go back to Louisville, but I would fly down with my wife and child just to experience the hotel. It was that nice.

We had an amazing experience here with the exception of our last night (3/28) when we were all woken up at 2:40 from loud company next to us. Unfortunately they were loud and obnoxious from 2:40-4:15am and they were talked to about their noise level which didn't stop them. Other than that hiccup we did have an amazing time in Louisville at the 21C museum hotel. Staff was very welcoming and the hotel itself was beautiful!

Stay was comfortable however, at check in was not offered complimentary breakfast even though I am a platinum accor member. Eventually it was offered to me but it was quite a process. I booked and paid in full with Accor months ago and for some reason your hotel has now taken out the full booking fee from my credit card which I have also incurred international transaction fees for. I have contacted your hotel via email and as yet have had no reply.

The place was amazing. The staff was awesome and had some great recommendations for dinner spots. The only thing that I wish I had knows was that I could have gotten a mini fridge for the room.

The front desk staff at this time could be more professional instead of sitting on their hands. Vallet was not present as much during the day (evening with Mike was always available). Maybe understaffed during the day by one.
