We only stayed one night, enroute to Thanksgiving elsewhere. Everyone at the hotel -- from the valet to the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff -- was cheerful and helpful. We moved from our initial room due to dog noise nearby, but both rooms were great. Dinner and drinks at the hotel were very good, and we explored the art galleries before turning in for the night. In the morning, we walked to breakfast (along the river) and a nearby museum before hitting the road. There's more to see and do, so I think we'll be back.

I had a fantastic stay at 21c Museum Hotel. Although I initially booked a Luxury Double by mistake, the front desk team quickly and graciously switched my reservation to a Luxury King. Their hospitality was exceptional — they even offered a complimentary cocktail while they prepared the new room. The room itself was modern, spotless, and offered an incredible view of David and the river. I also appreciated the 24-hour gym, sauna, and steam room, which made it easy to unwind no matter the time. The flexibility to enjoy breakfast either in the restaurant or through room service was another great touch. And, of course, the art throughout the hotel — including the pieces in my room — was a highlight that made the entire experience feel unique and inspiring. My only suggestion would be to consider offering pillows with more structure, as the ones provided felt overly fluffy. Additionally, the ice and water station was located on the opposite end of the hotel from my room, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, an excellent stay with thoughtful service and standout amenities. I look forward to returning.
