Well.. it is post pandemic..... seems like the hotel is getting back on its feet. - May reservations through a 3rd party. As usual, I was given an interior room. These rooms without any access to daylight are dreary. - The restaurant is listed as being open until 10. I went to the rest at 9:15 pm and was told that "walk-ins" were no longer being seated. I was welcome to sit in the bar, but the bar was full. I was hungry and disappointed and settled for "take out" charcuterie. - Breakfast on Saturday Morning - Went to the dining room at 9:00 AM. Almost every table needed busing and there was little help. Everyone was kind and helpful but clearly, there was not enough staff. - The housekeepers were wonderful as were the valets and the front dest staff.

Although the WiFi was out and I was not notified prior to my visits the hotel team did an amazing job! The Front Desk manager Shawn was very kind and helpful dealing with the WiFi issue.

Room was better than average. Problems were 1) I requested an email receipt and a week has gone by and no receipt; 2) restaurant closed for breakfast.; and 3) personnel at front desk less than average.

My only concern was that the restaurant didn't open until.10 am on Sunday which seemed late for breakfast for guests checking our. Probably due to staffing issues due to COVID I suspect
