Upgraded to penthouse. Room was huge, terrace massive. Decor a bit cold. Some very cool art pieces. Not crazy about the nudes when you come out of the elevator but love “Title and Deed” in living room.

The lack of light in the room is a problem. It is very dark. We have stayed at 21C many times but this time the front desk staff were too busy to say good morning or anything at all. It was not a friendly vibe.

I know this is a weird thing to comment on, but I really appreciate that your beds are low enough that a short person like me (I'm 5'1") can easily get into them. I've had to have around 75 hotel stays this year, and most of the hotels in the U.S. have bed frames so high that I have to vault into bed. In one instance, I was only able to get into bed because there was an ottoman in the room. So, thank you for having accessible beds! Also, I love the bed linens. The sheets are silky yet crisp. Your beds are so comfortable! Thank you!

Stayed for a concert at the Center for the Arts, walked to and from in blowing snow, drinks and appetizers before and after in 21C’s spectacular bar. Cozy room in an art filled, first class hotel.
