I've stayed at 21C Louisville every year for the last three years to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this year was the first year I came away less than impressed. My room phone didn't work, the app for room service was defunct, and the overall room quality went down. It wasn't a bad stay, per se, but I didn't go home feeling refreshed and impressed as I have in previous stays. The art was impressive as always, especially the portrait by Kehinde Wiley!

Customer service was minimal. There is also very little sound proofing between halls and rooms, which was surprising for a hotel at this price point.
