This was my fifth time staying with you, and it was very cool that both Anya at the front desk and Bri at the bar, remembered me and some of my preferences (such as the grilled octopus toast being my favorite). Beds are super comfortable, the hotel location is perfect, and of course the entire space is always changing up artwork and is exciting to see.

Were staying because of a wedding in town. Great location for the wedding events. Am familiar with another 21c. Enjoyed the art and the bar area. Would prefer parking to be easier and not an extra charge.

Check In was a mess. At 6:30 PM we were told rooms were not ready, and the hotel was full. The first room we were asigned was not the king room we requested. In addition we were given a wegging gift that was for a different wedding than the wedding we were thre for.The 2nd room we went to had a package in the room that was a gift for someone else. After that the stay was fine. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff were nice.
