Dear ivil2025, Thank you very much for choosing Pavilion Hotel, following your recent stay in Kuala Lumpur. We are truly saddened to learn that your stay was not as memorable as you had anticipated, due to our lapses in service, particularly the multiple rejections at the breakfast venue. This is not the level of service we strive to provide our guests, and we are deeply concerned about the negative experience you encountered. We are investigating this matter thoroughly to understand the root cause and take immediate corrective action. This includes reviewing our internal procedures, retraining our staff, and ensuring clear communication regarding breakfast inclusions for extra beds.
