Location is great. The rooms are clean and they do room service twice per day. The breakfast is very good (special thanks to Qashfil, Mifah, Alifah for their excellent service and hospitality).

One of the best hotel I've stayed. Service is 10/10. Everything is immaculately prepared. We were late for our breakfast and Yahya the attending staff accommodate us by bringjng us porridge and cakes. Very well served. Would not stay in another hotel in KL beside this hotel. Location is excellent, close to shopping

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at **Pavilion Hotel Bukit Bintang**. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the experience truly exceeded my expectations. Special appreciation goes to **Amirul at the reception**, who was very friendly, professional, and efficient in handling the check-in process with a sincere smile. I would also like to commend **Deena, the waiter**, for her outstanding service at the restaurant — she was attentive, polite, and always ensured that guests were well taken care of. The excellent service provided by staff like Amirul and Deena made my stay comfortable and memorable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Subject / Title : A Magical Birthday Celebration at Pavilion Hotel I contacted Pavilion Hotel and were assisted by Cik Wan from the Guest Service. I informed Cik Wan that our stay in conjunction with a birthday celebration. She kindly took our contact details and coordinated with the Reservations Department, Ms. Atirah, who then proceeded with the room booking. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find that the room had been beautifully decorated, and a birthday cake was thoughtfully provided. The attention to detail and effort put into the arrangement truly exceeded our expectations. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Cik Wan, Ms. Atirah, Room Service Qash and the entire Pavilion Hotel team especially Front Office & Housekeeping Team for making the birthday celebration a truly magical and memorable experience. Thank you once again for your excellent service and hospitality.
