We were staying with a large group of 35 people. So-so service overall, the guy outside cooking Muhammad Raafi was good and helpful. But the chef named Raafi was very rude. He ruined all the impression. I kindly asked for a better service he refused. I understand that it was 7.15 am but nevertheless the disrespect is not right. Please train your staff it is not a good impression overall.

Stayed here several times. Room and breakfast spread has always been of great standard. This time round I was extremely impressed with the service of Teven, one of the club lounge staff. I asked for ear plugs as the next room had a baby and he actually assisted me to a room change. He said it will be better for my rest. Really appreciate his effort of going all out to make my stay a pleasant one.
