Rashid from the breakfast prepares fresh paratha. It is prepared with dedication and really delicious. Also other staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is also fabulous. With a perfect location and direct access to the Pavilion mall.

The service and amenities at this hotel are outstanding! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing, I particularly loved Rasith who made fresh Roti every morning - delicious! Would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Great location with easy walking links to major shopping centers . Hotel rooms are comfortable with excellent guest services on the 12th & 15th floors. Shoutout to the13A lounge team for their excellent hospitality & service :Hafiza,Sabree,Jing Yee & Fazli. The downside was the over -1hour -stuck in horrendous holiday season traffic going into the Hotel lobby. The sauna in the ladies changing was not working during our stay Suggestion to maximise a memorable experience is for the Hotel concierge to help divert guests coming in to the hotel !

From check-in to departure, the service team was not only highly efficient but also genuinely warm and thoughtful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt both professional and personal. The pinnacle of their thoughtfulness was the evening turndown service—the best I have ever encountered. It wasn't just about tidying up; it was a ritual of comfort. Entering the room to a gentle, calming aromatherapy scent immediately washed away the day's stress. The meticulous setting of the bedroom slippers by the bed, alongside a fresh glass of water on the nightstand, were such simple yet profoundly considerate gestures. These details showed a deep understanding of guest comfort that went far beyond the basics. A huge thank you to Alimatt and the guest experience team for making our 41st wedding anniversary so special. The thoughtful room decorations, delightful cake, and personal congratulatory message were heartwarming touches that truly made us feel celebrated. We were absolutely delighted.
