체크인할때 어수선하게 직원들이 수다떨며 왔다갔다하고, 자세한 설명을 해주지 않았고, 객실도 꿉꿉하고 쾌적하지 않았다. 특별한 날이라고 세팅이 되어있는케익이 다 녹아서 물러져있어서 입에 대보지도 못했다. 다시 가고싶지 않은 호텔이다.

가장마음에 드는것은 위치 입니다 쿠일라룸푸르 초중심의 여행을 하기에 너무나 적합합니다 호텔은 조금 좁아서 약간의 답답함을 느낄수 있으나 전체적으로 리모델링 되어 깔끔합니다 다만 투숙전 기입한 요구사항이 반영되지 않는것은 조금 불편했습니다 방은 넓은 편이며 침구도 깨끗하였습니다

위치가 좋고 주변에 관광지가 몰려있어서 좋음. 단 쿠알라룸프르공항에서 노보텔로 갈때 토요일 저녁시간에 가게 되었는데.. 교통체증이 매우 심해서 2시간 가까이 차에 있었음ㅜㅜ

엄마와 아이의 쿠알라룸푸르 첫여행이었습니다. 트윈베드룸으로 예약했었고 저희는 외출 후 밤 11시에 돌아왔습니다. 한 침대를 보니 남자의 다리털과 음모등의 체모가 여러개 있었습니다. 사진을 찍어놨으니 이건 보여 드릴 수도 있습니다. 침구 시트를 재사용하다니 너무 놀라고 불쾌했습니다. 에어비엔비를 이용하지 않는 이유가 청결 때문인데 그것과 다를 바 없었습니다. 우리는 피곤한 상태에서 침대 시트의 교환을 기다려야 했고 그날은 늦어서 자고 다음날 프런트에 다시 이야기했습니다. 그러나 반응이 너무나 쿨하고 가벼운 쏘리로 끝나서 한번 더 놀랬습니다. 이런 일이 빈번한 것인지 예민하고 놀랍게 구는 내가 이상한 것인지 헷갈렸습니다. 그리고 웰컴 티를 마시러 로비의 바에 갔습니다. 두명의 웨이터가 서로 주문을 받으러 가라고 티격태격했고 주문 후 음료에는 빨대를 주지 않아 빨대를 받으러 직접 일어나서 카운터로 가야 했습니다. 눈치보며 티를 먹은 적은 처음 입니다. 정말 위치만! 좋은 호텔이였고 아코르계열의 호텔이라면서 이렇게 운영되고 있는게 놀라웠습니다. 이호텔에서 가장 친절한 사람은 짐을 맡아주는 벨보이와 하우스키퍼들입니다.
