부부와 3살 남자아이 1명 이렇게 3 박 동안 숙박했습니다. 저는 아코르 플러스 플래티넘 등급입니다. 먼저 단점입니다. 저는 11시쯤 숙소에 도착했고 얼리체크인을 요청했습니다. 방이 없었는지 얼리 체크인은 안 되고 기존에 체크인 시간인 오후 2시에 체크인을 하기로 했습니다. 그리고 밖에 나가서 오후 2시가 안되어서 돌아왔습니다. 오후 2시쯤 체크인 요청을 했지만 직원이 어떤 실수를 했는지 2시 체크인이 되지 않았고 두시 반 정도 되어서야 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 얼리 체크인은 고사하고 정시에도 체크인 하지 못해서 조금 황당했습니다. 그리고 아이 놀이방이나 수영장 등 쉬고 싶은 부대시설들이 거의 없었습니다. 놀이방은 없었고 수영장은 작고 헬스장은 근력 운동이 불가능한 수준이었습니다. 그 외에는 모두 장점입니다. 객실은 안락하고 편안했습니다. 연식은 있지만 잘 관리되고 유지하고 있다는 생각이 들었습니다. 숙소의 위치도 매우 좋아서 바로 옆에 파빌리언 몰이 있으며 육교 공간을 통해서 트윈타워까지도 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 모든 편의 시설들이 근처에 있어서 지내기에 매우 안락했습니다. 게다가 라운지도 이용 가능해서 더울때 음료도 마시고 저녁엔 술도 한잔하고 음식도 먹을 수 있었습니다. 특히 칵테일 아워 때 음식이 매우 맛있었습니다. 입이 짧은 부인도 굉장히 만족했습니다. 그리고 1층 식당인 푸드 익스체인지에서 점심을 몇 번 먹었는데 매우 맛있었습니다. 솔직히 말해서 굉장히 훌륭한 음식이라고 생각합니다. 무엇보다도 노보텔에 가장 큰 장점은 친절한 직원들입니다. 자신의 위치에서 항상 고객들을 돕기 위해서 노력하고 있습니다. 특히 체크아웃 할때 저희는 짐 굉장히 많습니다. 그 많은 짐을 함께 들어주고 차까지 옮겨주며 마지막까지 친절함을 보여주었습니다. 한 분 한 분 인사 드리지 못했지만 제가 만났던 모든 분들 매우 감사합니다. 여러분들 덕분에 우리 가족의 3 박 이 무척 행복한 시간이었습니다. 항상 행복한 시간 보내시고 다음 기회에 또 만나 뵙기를 바랍니다.

We stayed in one of their suites for 7 nights and welcomed in the New Year here. We didn’t expect to see a tiny glimpse of the KLCC fireworks from our room and the fireworks from the KL tower near the lifts so that was a good surprise for us as a family as we did not want to brave the crowds. As always, excellent services by the housekeeping team and the concierge team who welcomed us with bright smiles and greetings every time we returned. Happy to be back at the Novotel and looking forward to our next stay!
