대응이 느리며, 룸 관리가 제대로 되지 않는다. 룸키도 제대로 작동을 하지않아 매일 교체를 해야했고, TV리모콘도 제대로 작동이 되질 않았다. 5성급 호텔같은 느낌 보다는 , 모텔 대응을 받는 느낌이였다. 싱가폴 페어몬트, 상하이 풀만등 다른 아코르 계열을 이용해봤으나 차이는 확연해보인다.

We are very concerned to learn about the multiple issues you encountered, including the room key malfunctions, TV remote, missing bathrobes, stained sofa, and the condition of the grouting. This is not the level of service or cleanliness we aim to deliver. We also deeply regret the delay in addressing your complaints and the impact it had on your stay. Your observation about our response time is taken very seriously, and we will review our procedures to ensure prompt attention to all guest concerns in the future.
