My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, 22 May to 30 May. We booked a Premium Grand room, which had a king size bed, chaise lounge, desk, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, a vanity table with large mirror, walk-in cupboard (with the room safe) and a large bathroom. The cupboard allowed us to put our 2 large suitcases out of the way on the top shelf. The room was in one of the hotel’s end towers, so that one wall was completely windows. The room was very clean, serviced everyday, and we had no problems at all. The staff at this hotel were fantastic. We did not encounter any rudeness and a special mention of Sajid and Rupee who’s faces lit up every time they saw us. The Hotel is doing their bit to help reduce the amount of plastics being used. There was complimentary bottled water in glass bottles (4 per day). Breakfast was excellent. They have also stopped the use of small condiment packets, jams, honey, butter etc are all presented in ceramic or glass jars. Yoghurt and Bircher muesli are also presented in glass jars. It was great to have a curry that was not spicy and you could add your own amount of chillies if you chose. The have a very large variety, Asian, Western, Japanese, Vegetarian and Vegan. A special mention of their bread and butter pudding with vanilla sauce (provided daily) which was scrumptious. In one corner of the breakfast restaurant, the choice changed daily, which just added to the variety. Also at breakfast, they asked us to complete a survey and provide any feedback. I mentioned that on our first morning the salted and unsalted butters were labelled separately, however, this then changed to a combined label, so you didn’t’ know which was which. After providing this feedback, they changed the labelling to separate labels, so it was good to know our feedback was read. On one particular morning, the restaurant was swamped with people and even though the staff were run off their feet, they always remained polite. Even when it was this busy, the set up was such that you weren't bumping into other guests. This amount of guests only happened once when there was a sporting tournament in KL. The pool area was great but as we didn’t get much sun on the pool at this time of the year it was too cold for us to go swimming. Lots of others used the pool. Location wise the Hotel is not far from Pavilion Shopping Mall (accessed via the Banyan Tree Hotel next door via lift to the crossover). I had stayed here before Covid, but my husband has not. We were both very impressed with the overall presentation of the hotel and very, very impressed with ALL the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is strategically located next to the pavilion mall and the footbridge to klcc. Everything is close by including Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang center and metro. The room was wide and the super king size bed was so comfy. It had all the modcoms to make our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was awesome. It had a diverse choice of food to cater for every palate. We enjoyed the noodles selection and the tastiest nasi lemak we've ever had. There was even ice cream and frozen yogurt to cool you down in the hot KL weather. The staff were very helpful especially the doormen and housekeeping. We certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
