호텔 체크인후 바로 파빌리온몰 방문및야시장 계획이었으나 객실정비가 부족해서 객실변경하느라 2시간이나 지체되어 모든계획이 수포로 돌아감.

We are truly sorry to learn that the condition of the initial room did not meet expectations and that the room change caused a delay to your plans. While we understand that our team arranged a move to another room upon your request, we regret that the process took longer than it should have and impacted your overall experience. We are also concerned to hear about the missing hairdryer, the TV remote batteries, the issue with the power outlet and shower cleanliness. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to reinforce our room inspection procedures and ensure that all amenities and facilities are properly checked prior to guest arrival. Furthermore, we sincerely regret your experience at the 4th floor lounge check-in counter.
