A splendid getaway from the hustle and bustle of Dubai and getting reconnected with the nature. Being surrounded by the azure gulf waters and plenty of greenery makes it feel like stepping onto a paradise island. I enjoyed my experience here, everything from the view to the food and service was appealing. Playing a mini golf out in the yard was also quite fun. A nice place to stay in

The hotel is new and has lovely modern rooms and facilities. That said the resort over Christmas is at capacity and the service team struggles to accommodate people with good service. The breakfast is good but not great and it is wise to be there before 9am if you don’t wish to wait for up to 30 minutes for a table. Overall the restaurants are overpriced for the quality. The buffet at night is mostly cheaper starches and is missing high end items that for $45 you would expect. Ula is nice but the nicer items are at $50. After being disappointed by the crowds and quality we are now eating at the Double Tree Hilton resort next door which is both cheaper and nicer. To be fair the resort is nice, has a great kids program, and is comparatively cheaper if you book directly through their Allcor website. Our experience has certainly been affected by the high occupancy over Christmas which isn’t the resort’s fault and is likely the same at other resorts.

Overall, the hotel experience was very good — comfortable rooms, great location, and smooth service. What truly made the stay , however, was the Duty Manager Hani. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests turned a good stay into a great one. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and that level of service really stands out. Big thanks to Hani for making the experience memorable. I would happily stay here again.
