Our menus are regularly reviewed and enhanced by our culinary team to maintain quality, variety, and consistency across our outlets. We also understand that food preferences are highly individual, and expectations may differ from one guest to another. While some guests may look for specific items from previous visits, others may appreciate the current variety and concepts offered. We are proud of our chefs and restaurant teams, who are always available during service to assist guests, provide recommendations, explain available options, and whenever possible prepare alternatives according to individual preferences. Unfortunately, we could not find any record of these concerns being shared with our team during your stay, which limited our opportunity to assist you immediately and explore possible alternatives. Regarding the pool snack area, its current location is arranged as part of our resort operation to support efficient service and accommodate the needs of many guests throughout the day.
