Regarding the lighting and windows, we would like to clarify that such technical issues are not reflective of the standard condition of our rooms. In family rooms, the sleeping arrangements are prepared according to the booked occupancy and room configuration. Regarding the external noise, Rixos Bab Al Bahr is a large resort surrounded by open areas, and occasional external sounds may be audible depending on the location of the room and surrounding activities. While we always do our best to accommodate requests for quieter rooms, complete isolation from external sounds cannot always be guaranteed. We would also like to mention that, had these concerns been reported to our team during your stay, we would have had the opportunity to investigate and take appropriate action at the time.
