During weekends, public holidays, and high season periods, preferred restaurants and time slots might be not available due to high demand. We always recommend making reservations as early as possible once booking opens. In addition, our main restaurant offers daily themed dinner nights, providing a wide variety of international cuisine to ensure a diverse dining experience for all our guests. Our team is always available on-site to assist and explore the best possible alternatives whenever availability is limited. Concerning the beverages, please note that our All-Inclusive package details — including the list of included and premium beverages — are clearly communicated to all guests and travel partners prior to arrival. The Ultra All Inclusive concept includes a wide selection of beverages, while certain imported and premium labels are available at an additional charge, as per the package description. Our beverage selection is highly appreciated by many of our guests; however, we understand that personal taste preferences may vary. Please be assured that drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and quality guidelines. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.
