Poor service and extremely difficult to communicate with staff … issues with room (AC water leakage, bathroom toilet overflow) … problems at check-in as staff couldn’t locate my airport transfer booking, did not provide the “towel cards” - something I have never seen before … used to get towels at the swimming pool … I had to walk all the way back to reception to collect them (quite a long walk) … Food at Christmas dinner was mostly cold … didn’t see any provision for hot/heated food … staff were peddling their relatives’ cab/taxi services … and randomly asking for reviews on Google - that to for service at the Buffet Breakfast of all the things … not at all an experience expected at a luxury resort

no. 1: check in at 3 Pm is ridicolous. no.2: room cleaning at 2 Pm is just stupid no.3 having to use a card to collect two towels at a beach resort is absolutely inconvenient and not a service at all no.3 one want to have also local food and there is no Pho in the menu no.4 breakfast is too crowded no.5 staff english level is not up to standard and, most problematic, the attitude is not right for a five star resort (if there is a policy regarding beachwear at a restaurant in a beach resort, you write down and explain calmly, you don’t tell a guest you can’t enter) no. 6 almost all the plugs in the room are faulty no.7 the wi fi and the beach ordering system is spotty no.8 this continuous asking for membership and or deposit is annoying (yes i do have the money to pay and i wouldn’t have checked in without a credit card guarantee and if i have a membership it shall be attached to the room, not that i have to always show the card). no.8 no water sport equipment at a beach resort is difficult to comprehend no.9 a guy constantly hovering checking if you leave your towels for more than 30 mins and removing them if you do is stressful and impair the beach experience 10) no concierge service whatsoever

Altitude 8 has a wide selection of food, space and atmosphere is comfortable for conversation Staff Ni, Alice, Dat, Rina, sach, Bella, Ivan were attentive and have excellent service!

Stayed in a family room, ample space with a nice sunset view. Service was impeccable which made the stay really enjoyable for the family. Would recommend and definitely come back again
