The room price is reasonable. The breakfast is super. The staffs are excellent, especially Ms. Tien. She help me to arrange the room for me, even that my booking I don’t know reason why my booking not link from the agency. The room a bit old but clean, my room don’t have a view but quiet.

I really enjoy stay in hotel. In here I want to highlight reception HOA’s professional support . During travel we lost the wallet in Sunset Town night market and call the police for help. HOA fully support us during we need help such as be a translator between me and police, help book a Grab to police station which I don’t know the address, comfort me and my family emotion not to get panic. With her fluent English skill there is no communication gap between me and HOA. She fully demonstrates professionalism beyond her position, I want to thanks again for her help.

Good service, very friendly staff, although the food has not changed much, but in general it is quite delicious, the swimming pool is beautiful, the beach is clean, the combination of watching the show is very good. There is a very convenient shuttle bus. There is a bus stop to sunset town near the hotel.

- Room is small but cosy enough for couple. - Nice breakfast - Large pool - Stunning beach - Awesome service, especially Giao the driver is very nice and helpful. - Pretty close to Sunset town, where firework is performanced EVERYDAY at 9.30 pm. Hope to come back here soon!

Comfortable stay in a very nice location

We stayed at Premier as a couple in March. It is a family oriented hotel, but with something to do for everyone. We appreciate the large and comfortable rooms (as All member we had been upgraded to an apartment for which we give a kind thank you). The apartment has a living room (where you can have an extensible sofa) and a bedroom, each with its own bathroom, and a eating area. Very good for families with children. Room came with all needed amenities. Tumbs up for the very good and diversified breakfast. Although the hotel was quite full, we did not had issues in finding a table at breakfast or dinner. In respect of the food, the restaurant by the beach had also good food (except the cobia fish plate) and good service. Pools are large and well maintained and we appreciate the separate adults pool, which is also quite deep. It could do with a larger number of seats around the pool. A highlight of the hotel is the location (Khem beach is breathtaking - a true tropical beach). However in the evening the waters bring garbage like plastic bags and bottles. Location of the hotel also helps to have some nice trips. Thank you Emma for helping with this. As a recommendation - replace the carpets in the halls/common areas, which are a little bit dirty. Overall we can recommend the hotel for a nice family or relaxing vacation.
