Had a wonderful couple of nights at this hotel recently. Great location for all the main attractions like the old town, castle and Jewish quarter. I didn’t eat in the ‘Gavi’ restaurant but breakfast was a decent spread with a good selection from the a la cate menu. The basement bar had fantastic cocktails and had a lovely relaxed feel about it. I had a junior suite and it’s worth noting that most rooms in that category are next to the lift so I asked to move to a different room. The Junior suite rooms aren’t huge and it might be a bit of a stretch to label them a junior suite. More like a decent sized room or ‘premium’ room. You can’t watch tv from the bed in 102. Turn down service was good.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Rooms were immaculate, bar and restaurant were excellent and the wellness centre was lovely and relaxing. All the staff we met were all helpful and friendly. Particularly Sylvia who worked at the restaurant for breakfast - so lovely and made sure our sparkling glasses were never empty. Would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.

We had an amazing four night stay at the Bachleda Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and maintained to a high standard. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you for the complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday - it was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfasts were delightful, and we were warmly greeted each morning by Aneta, whose friendliness and helpfulness stood out. She was also extremely knowledgeable about Krakow and gave us excellent advice about the town and surrounding areas. Aneta’s kindness truly made our stay even more memorable. We hope to return one day. Thank you again for everything.

Ideal luxury hotel for a weekend getaway. 5min to wawel castle, 20min walk to main square. Spacious rooms, especially in the historic part of the building (well over 3m high). Guerlain cosmetics in the bathroom. Excellent hotel guest service. Delicious à la carte breakfast, well worth taking. I encourage you to use the Opus Lounge Bar to enjoy drinks and snacks. They have recently introduced the option to come with pets, so we will definitely be back here again for a weekend.

Really lovely hotel, spent 6 nights here. nice views of the river, amazing room, spent time in the spa area, good choice at breakfast, short walk from town, or get a Bolt if you’ve got tired feet. Thanks for the complimentary bottle of Prosecco for my birthday.
