I checked in for a four night stay for a work trip - the hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the main attractions including the Old Town. The rooms are a decent size and the gym/swimming pool are good to have within the hotel. However, it's a very busy and quite noisy hotel. Check-in was busy/chaotic. The outside area is shared with the Ibis next door and it attracted a noisy crowd of drinkers each night. It was fine for a base but I probably wouldn't return.

Currently staying at the hotel after 2 nights, with another 2 nights to go. The hotel is in a great location. Access to the main square (old town) is walkable in 15-20 mins. Facilities are all modern, and the gym and swimming pool are all a nice addition. Breakfast is decent standard but no bacon, sausages or has browns! We have 2 kids staying with us, and as the room is set up for 4 (using the sofa bed), it’s strange that it’s not automatic to provide enough towels for 4! We had to ask. Our particular mattress was not really comfortable. Lumpy and lop-sided, this is especially noticeable to someone with back problems. Anyway, I asked reception to look into it, and notes were made on the system to do that. Upon coming back this evening, nothing had been done, and no acknowledgement either or a message to me. I like the hotel. It’s modern feel, and location. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless the hotel had acknowledged my request. I don’t leave many reviews, but as this is Tripadvisor, I feel it is important to leave honest reviews when warranted. I hope this is helpful to future guests. And when I do leave a review, it’s usually done halfway through my stay. This gives the hotel a chance to respond during my stay, and certainly before checkout…

The localization is perfect - close to riverbank, King Castle. Perfect view, if you like to run - there are a nice jogging paths along the river. Good breakfast, big room

Perfect hotel with everything you need for a beautiful few days in Krakow. Amazing views, spacious rooms and cleanliness to the very highest standard. Staff were kind, helpful and very professional. We had an executive room which had great toiletries, bath robe and slippers. We loved the spa which was very quiet during our stay so felt like our private pool. Great location, only 10 minutes walk from old town and beautiful views of the water and castle. Everything was perfect even down to the lovely smell throughout the hotel!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. There were a few things that could be improved on but I would still say it was an overall pleasant stay. The pool and the “hot” tub were both cold! We only used them once in our stay because the first time was so cold. This was disappointing and why I have removed a star as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. No milk in the room for tea/coffee. Appreciate this might not be a thing in Poland but as a hotel with a lot of guests from all over the world where this is a thing it would be nice to be provided. I hadn’t noticed and so on first day had to go without my morning brew! When I asked for milk at reception I was sent to the bar where it was poured in a glass for me to take up to the room! The staff looked at me like I’d asked for something completely random and yet I saw at least 3 others during my stay going up to their rooms with a glass of milk! Breakfast was good but you had to ask for bacon which seemed a bit odd, not sure why they don’t put it out if they have it! The air con did not work and as such the room was very stuffy despite it being quite cold outside. The window did not open either, this was reported to reception who said they would send an engineer but this didn’t change anything. The hotel is very central. Tram stop right outside but square is only a 10 minute walk. Overall a pleasant stay. Would go back.
