C’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai fait en Bulgarie. De très belles chambres, des installations high tech très au point, un personnel agréable et parlant un anglais correct (rare en Bulgarie). Mention spéciale à Margarita, l’hôtesse du petit-déjeuner qui est adorable, très gentille et qui aime son métier.
