It was a pleasure speaking with you during your check-out, and I would like to once again thank you for sharing your comments with us directly. I am delighted to know that you appreciated the service provided by our team, the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the hotel, and your overall experience in the suite. Your kind remarks are highly valued and will be shared with the entire team. At the same time, I would like to sincerely apologize that the mattress and pillows did not meet your personal comfort preferences. As we discussed, comfort is highly subjective, and while we have invested in premium bedding products, we fully understand that each guest has different expectations. Had we been informed earlier during your stay, we would have gladly explored possible solutions to make your nights more comfortable. Regarding the payment process, I am sorry to hear that this negatively impacted your overall impression. While the reservation payment is processed through Accor's central booking platform and is unfortunately outside the hotel's direct control, our team contacted you only to assist in resolving the issue and ensuring the reservation could be completed successfully. The cause may have been related either to the payment method itself or to the reservation system, but unfortunately we are unable to determine this from the hotel's side. Nevertheless, I understand your frustration and I am disappointed to learn that this experience affected your overall satisfaction. Following your feedback, I will personally reach out to Accor's payment support team to investigate whether there were any reported issues with the payment platform at the time of your reservation.
