아마도 이번 숙박이 5번째 또는 6번째 숙박인 것 같다. 위치적으로 매우 좋은 위치인지는 잘 모르겠다. 최근에 지어진 호텔이라 시설이 좋다. 직원들도 친절하고 지내기에 부족함이 없는 호텔이다. 이번 숙박에서 특별히 문제가 있지는 않았지만, 체크인을 하고 객실에 딱 들어섰을 때 바닥 청소가 제대로 안 된 것처럼 무엇인가 떨어져 있었다. 청소를 하다보면 실수할 수도 있다고 생각은 하지만 들어서자마자 보여서 별로 기분이 좋지는 않았다. 화장실 비데가 작동하지 않아서 보니 변기에 제대로 결합되어 있지 않았던 것이 원인이었다. 호텔에 요청하지 않고 혼자서 제대로 끼워서 사용했다. 조식은 처음 먹었을 때 매우 만족스러웠는데 여러번 먹다보니 무뎌져서 만족감이 덜한 것 같다. 메뉴가 크게 바뀌지 않는 점이 장점일 수도 있고 단점일 수도 있을 것 같다. 그래도 매번 하이퐁을 방문할 때 가장 먼저 떠오르는 것이 풀먼 호텔인 것을 보면 상당히 마음에 드는 호텔인 것 같다.

편안한 숙박 하였습니다, 특히 피트니스 센터가 좋아서 갈때마다 만족해요. 그런데 이번에는 수건 상태가 별로 였어요. 짐에 있던 녹색 수건은 먼지가 너무 날렸고 냉장고 안에 들어있던 물수건에서는 미묘하게 냄새가, 그리고 락커에 있던 수건에서도 3개중 2개에서 냄새가 있어요. 확인해 보시는게 좋을 듯

신식의 호텔이라 좋고, 직원들이 친절합니다. 저녁 라운지에 단백질 류가 좀 더 추가되면 좋을 것 같고, 헬스장에 가벼운 아령 및 등운동 기구가 추가된다면 좋을 것 같습니다.
