방 상태와 스태프의 친절도, 식당음식의 맛과 청결도는 매우 만족합니다. 다만, 호텔 매니저의 장기 숙박 고객 요청과 대응에 대해서는 굉장히 불만족스럽습니다. 원론적인 답변으로 일관하여 굉장한 불편함이 있습니다. 이로 인해 올해는 이 호텔에 장기숙박할 일은 이번 계약 이후로 없을 듯 합니다. 이전 한국 이사 있을 때는 매우 친절하고 적극적인 자세로 장기 숙박 고객의 요청이나 불편사항에 대응했으나 교체 이후 굉장한 답답함과 불편함을 느낍니다.

로비에서부터 우아한 환경과 좋은 향기, 그리고 깨끗한 시설이 맘에 들었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 스위트룸에 하루 숙박했는데, 해당 객실 드라이기가 고장난것 같았습니다. 사용하려는데 5초정도사용후 꺼지더니 켜지지않음. 아마 객실 청소하시는분께서 정리만하지 작동여부는 체크하지 않는 것으로 판단되어 이부분에 대해 한번씩 체크해보시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
