친절하고 상냥한 직원들과 5성급 호텔다운 호텔로 하노이 소피텔 보다 더 좋은 호텔. 실제 버틀러가 있을 때보다도 더 대우받는 느낌. Ms. Ha & Vi 덕분에 편안하고 기분좋은 여행으로 마무리할 수 있었음. 낮은 비용으로 비행기 시간까지 늦은 체크아웃과 차량지원을 해주고, 체크아웃 당일도 애프터눈티와 이브닝칵테일을 제공해주어 편안히 잘 쉬고 나올 수 있는 최고의 호텔.
