친절하고 상냥한 직원들과 5성급 호텔다운 호텔로 하노이 소피텔 보다 더 좋은 호텔. 실제 버틀러가 있을 때보다도 더 대우받는 느낌. Ms. Ha & Vi 덕분에 편안하고 기분좋은 여행으로 마무리할 수 있었음. 낮은 비용으로 비행기 시간까지 늦은 체크아웃과 차량지원을 해주고, 체크아웃 당일도 애프터눈티와 이브닝칵테일을 제공해주어 편안히 잘 쉬고 나올 수 있는 최고의 호텔.

Regarding the issue with insects in your room, we would like to explain that the hotel conducts regular pest control procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. However, due to the natural climate and environment, occasional occurrences can happen. We are fully committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our guests and will continue to make every effort to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay. Concerning the laundry service, we regret the issue of mold appearing on some garments.
