체크인 할 때 해당 티어로서 받을 수 있는 혜택과 비자카드 크레딧에 대한 설명 부족으로 아쉬움이 있었지만 NUNG VAN CUNG – SILAS (Mr.)님의 사과와 성의있고 빠른 대처로 매우 만족스럽고 즐거운 여행을 지속할 수 있었어요.

호텔직원들 서비스나 응대는 매우 만족했으나... 주변 인프라부족 및 호텔이외에는 이용할수 밖에 없는데 관련 내용 안내가 부족했다.. 호텔중식및 석식에 대한 안내나.. 주변 식당이나.. 관련 인프라 안내가 필요할것같다... 직원들의 기계적인 서비스... 투숙객을 마치 지나가는 사람으로만 생각하는.. 5성급호텔이라고 보기는 조금 부족한 서비스 인듯 생각한다..

하노이 소피텔 다음으로 좋은 호텔이었어요.. 옛 고성을 리모델링 한 곳으로 하노이 근교에 이런곳이 있었나 할정도로 옛정취가 물씬 느껴지는 고즈넉한 곳이네요. 소품 하나하나 다 멋지구요 스텝분들 영어소통고 너무 잘되고 친절하구요. 멀지만 않다면 더 자주 가고 싶은 곳
