베트남 불교 성지인 Yen TU 산에 어울리는 호텔의 불교적인 색채와 몽환적인 분위기가 휴식이 필요한 현대인들에 딱 맞아 떨어졌어요. Reception에서 부터 Room까지 그리고 호텔의 여러 편의 공간까지, 보는 즐거움과 함께 그 속으로 스며 들어가서 즐길 수 있는 너무나도 편안하고 행복한 경험이었어요. 다만 레스토랑 직원들에 서빙에 대한 기본적인 교육의 필요함이 느껴졌어요.

호텔직원들 서비스나 응대는 매우 만족했으나... 주변 인프라부족 및 호텔이외에는 이용할수 밖에 없는데 관련 내용 안내가 부족했다.. 호텔중식및 석식에 대한 안내나.. 주변 식당이나.. 관련 인프라 안내가 필요할것같다... 직원들의 기계적인 서비스... 투숙객을 마치 지나가는 사람으로만 생각하는.. 5성급호텔이라고 보기는 조금 부족한 서비스 인듯 생각한다..

하노이 소피텔 다음으로 좋은 호텔이었어요.. 옛 고성을 리모델링 한 곳으로 하노이 근교에 이런곳이 있었나 할정도로 옛정취가 물씬 느껴지는 고즈넉한 곳이네요. 소품 하나하나 다 멋지구요 스텝분들 영어소통고 너무 잘되고 친절하구요. 멀지만 않다면 더 자주 가고 싶은 곳
