La salle de bain était pleine de moisissures, les aérations de clim presque bouchées. Les murs sont tachés. Le wifi n’est pas performant. Le buffet de petit déjeuner ne comporte pas assez de place et nous avons été obligés de manger certains matins dans le couloir du hall. Seule la vue mer était bien et le personnel plutôt aimable.

But Because, it was agreed by email to book a room for 2 adults and 2 children, when we arrived nothing was plan, guy in the counter said we could sleep at 4 in the same beds, so I had to pay for 2 extra beds for my children. This is unacceptable for such hotel. They did not even say sorry,

Bon séjour à l hôtel mercure penang beach . Nous avions 2 chambres communes .Points négatifs chambres donnant sur route super bruyantes vraiment catastrophique on a dû appeler la réception à minuit impossible de dormir même avec des bouchons d’oreilles car les fenêtres ne se ferment pas correctement il sont venus percer et visser c était un peu mieux.piscine top mais n importe qui de l extérieur a l’hôtel peut rentrer et squatter la piscine des gens alcoolisés,bruyants ,sans que personne ne dise rien . Positif chambres spacieuses , propres , petit dej très bien .personnel accueillant , Check in, Check out rapides

lors de mes nombreux déplacements Professionnels sur Penang , le Mercure reste pour moi un hôtel bien situe accès direct à la plage , ce qui permet une balade matinal ou en soirée après le travail , proche des commerces 10min à pied de chez Lotus , le personnel est attentif - petit déjeuner complet sauf au niveau des céréales complètes
