A beautiful sea-side property with great resturant and bar and access to a clean, serene beach. View is good from both side, sea view as well as hill view. Pool and Fitness Centre is amazing, and best part if fitness centre is open 24 hours.

Very average. No welcome drink provided for Accor Gold member, no veg food option, very poor customer service as well.

The check in started off badly, seems the front desk person is either new or not trained well. Once I had an issue she couldn't handle a manager came over and finished my check in, and thanks for the Ocean View upgrade! Seems to be a popular hotel for events and groups, so it gets crowded in the lobby and restaurant at times. But usually the pool and beach aren't too busy. The wifi on the first floor is super fast, up to 170mbps, but in our 5th floor room it's consistently zero to 5mbps, often only 1mbps. I complained to the front desk twice but just got different excuses and a different password to use which sometimes is slightly better than the main one. They need to fix this issue as it's almost unusable, we have been using data some of the time. For this issue we probably wouldn't return unless it's fixed. Overall mostly a good stay but could use some improvements.
