Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff from the receptionist, house keeping, to restaurants, buggy drivers etc The staff are the asset of this hotel. The furnishings need an update. We had an amazing time at the Zara Spa, beautiful pool there and Ahmad Salem was wonderful and recommended their signature massage treatment with salt and mud therapy, which I would highly recommend the girls Marville & Ruffa who did our treatments were professional & gave the most amazing, relaxing massages .

I can say movenpick get the most helpful and friendly staff ever ! 🥹 Starting from the door man who’s take care of our luggage , the receptionist wijdan Mohammed she is amazing and a real hard worker and she takes care of all the details , HK team they did a great job also ! The really big thanks it’s for the lifeguard at the beach Ibraheem and Khalid , they was so kind to us . We enjoyed every thing

I had an amazing week at the hotel, very nice place, rooms, and service. The beach and the spa were fabulous, pools and other facilities as well. Many thanks to the team they did their best to help and support me. Special thanks to Samer from house keeping, Monier Room service, Rawan and Tareq front desk and for sure the recipient who offered me a special room with special view 😍

Fabulous Spa Experience

This is a nice hotel in a good location amongst others on The Dead Sea but it is The Spa which stands out. We were greeted by Ahmad who advised us on best treatments for the following afternoon. We arrived early, the spa complex is large and is free to use if you have booked a treatment. Ahmad showed us around and left us to explore and enjoy. I booked a salt rub, mud wrap, aromatherapy massage and facial. My masseur was Salomon - he was excellent, the best I think I have ever had. My skin was left so soft and all my aches and pains disappeared! All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. My criticism is the loud, piped music which is everywhere all day. I would think that most guests go to Dead Sea to relax and if they want music they will want to select their own, and play through earphones.

It was just amazing, everything was amazing, Rawan did a great job decorating our room and making my husband’s birthday memorable ❤️ and we were able to celebrate this amazing night in peace, we were offered so many great things, the treatment of the staff was soo professional and welcoming
