A Truly Beautiful Hotel

What a surprise! The Fairmont Amman is a beautiful modern 5 star hotel. We have stayed in some lovely hotels all over the world but this one is up there with the very best. Immaculate room with all amenities and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast in a nice setting with a la carte from the chef and/or a buffet that included everything you could possibly wish for. Only experienced casual dining whilst there with a late supper and light lunch but both were extremely generous servings of very high standard food. Our late check out, provided at no additional cost, was a life saver and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We bumped into Mr Loay Aburabee their Assistant Director for catering and conference services, a charming gentleman. If ever you have the need to hold a conference in Amman this would definitely be the place to hold it.

We had an amazing stay that went above our expectations. Check-in was smooth, and we were happily upgraded to Fairmont Gold, which gave us great benefits like early check-in, late checkout, wellness access, delicious meals, and incredible top-floor rooms and lounge views. Huge thanks to Batool and her team at reception for making everything so comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, Thaer is a true professional with a warm, friendly approach, and his leadership really shows through the whole team. We also met the lovely chef handling the buffet (sadly forgot his name 🤭). It was the perfect start to each day. Ali and Alla at the Fairmont Gold lounge were amazing. The gym is fully equipped, and thanks to Asil for the wonderful tour around the spa and fitness areas. Thank you to Mohammad Odeh for the thoughtful amenities, to Rami at concierge and Ahmad Wishah for checking on us throughout our stay, and to Ruby and Rand for the warm farewell. And a big thanks to Kamal for being so accommodating with our reservations. Overall, we want to thank the entire team. We truly can’t wait to come back!
