12 yaşındaki kızımız ile seyahat ediyoruz. Otelinizde All Accor üyeliğimle 1 yetişkin, 1 yetişkin ve çocuk olmak üzere 2 oda rezervasyonu yaptım.Bildiğiniz üzere otelinizde konaklamaya kahvaltı dahildir. Kahvaltıya indiğimizde görevliye 2 oda olduğumuzu söyledik.O da rezervasyonda 2 kişi görünüyor Çocuk için ekstra ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor diye ısrar etti.Bizde rezervasyonumuzun kahvaltı dahil olduğunu söyledik ve sonrasında kahvaltı yapmadan restauranttan ayrıldık.Biz kahvaltıya saat 10.00 gibi inmiştik. Ancak zaten yiyecek hiçbirşey kalmamıştı. Sonrasında biz resepsiyondayken bir bey gelip bizi kahvaltıya davet etti.Ancak mevcut durumdan rahatsız olduğumuz ve küçük düşürüldüğümüz için gitmedik ve otelden ayrıldık. Zaten misafir yorumlarını okuyarak ve bilerek fiyatı uygun diye tercih ettik.Ancak odanın bu kadar eski olmasını beklemiyordum.Bu arada resepsiyondaki arkadaş connect oda konusunda yardımcı oldu.Ayrıca tek bir rezervasyon yapmama rağmen sistem iki ayrı rezervasyon oluşturmuş.

We have taken your detailed feedback very seriously and are addressing each point immediately: Breakfast Policy and Staff Interaction: We are truly sorry for the misunderstanding and the way the breakfast situation was handled. Our policy clearly states that breakfast is included for children within the specific room type and booking conditions, and there should have been no dispute or request for extra payment in your situation. We are launching an immediate review of our breakfast service procedures and conducting retraining with our team to ensure all staff are fully aware of our policies and deliver service with empathy and accuracy. Breakfast Availability: We are very sorry that you found the breakfast buffet empty at 10:00 AM. This is far below our standards for availability during service hours. We are reviewing our replenishment protocols to ensure all guests, regardless of their breakfast time within the service window, have a complete and satisfying meal. Feeling of Humiliation: We are profoundly sorry that our team's actions caused you to feel uncomfortable and humiliated. This is absolutely unacceptable, and we regret that your family's morning was ruined. Room Condition: We apologize that the room did not meet your expectations and appeared dated. We continuously work to maintain and update our accommodations, and your feedback highlights an area where we clearly need to accelerate our efforts. We appreciate the positive note regarding the connecting room facilitated by our receptionist. Reservation System Issue: We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the system creating two separate reservations despite your single booking. We are investigating this technical issue to prevent future occurrences for our guests. Ok for a couple of nights while exploring Amman

We didn’t book this hotel expecting luxury, we booked it for the price and the convenience. But I do expect cleanliness from a chain like Ibis, and unfortunately the room was grubby - the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom was dirty. However, we found the bed to be comfy, the car parking is a positive, and the omelettes made by the chef at breakfast were nice! We would’ve liked some fruit at breakfast though.

I stayed here last year I had 2 rooms me and my friends, room were okey , staff were very friendly and professional , breakfast was good and plenty of choice , area was central and safe really liked it only issue I booked a room type and got a different room type as they didn’t have any other options but other than that was nice stay .
